Lovely small cottage.
Lovely small cottage. Pretty much dog proof with a great enclosed garden and a stair gate to keep snouts out of where they shouldn't be! One of the best equipped cottages we've stayed in. We only haven't given five stars all round because the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. We had a brilliant time and would definitely go back again.
The cottage is spotless
Our holiday couldnt of been better

A lovely little cottage with nice big enclosed garden - across the road from a nice pub with bear garden and 2 mins walk from well stock shop Owner very nice and on hand if you need anything but not intrusiveDefinitely recommend
The cottage is well located for visiting Conwy, Betsy Coed Chester longer drive but doable.
Cottage itself not quite what we expected, abit smaller than we thought, the bed was so tiny lucky we aren’t big people.
Kitchen could do with an update and clean.
Not much you can do about the weather but it wasn’t kind to us.

It is an amazing place with beautiful scenery. The cottage is beautiful and well set out. The plus for me was been able to take my dogs as well and know they were safe with the enclosed garden. The owners are very welcoming and always on hand if needed. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away for either a short stay or longer.

A very pleasant little bolthole, nice big secured garden for those with dogs.
A very pleasant little bolthole, nice big secured garden for those with dogs. You have everything you need in this little cottage regarding comfort, warmth etc. There were only a few area's of small criticism, there are no instructions for the cooker, the floorboards and stairs creak like the devil, it would benefit from a decent sized bathroom mirror and finally the shower screen leaks quite a bit.
However, the owner is VERY friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble, if you want or need help all you have to do is knock on his door and ask as he is literally next door.
I would have given straight 'tens' but for the little 'niggles', but you soon get used to them.
Would I stay there again or recommend it?...LIKE A SHOT!

The Coach House was perfect for us, the main reason we chose to stay there was the large and secure garden for our dog. The cottage was very comfortable, it had everything we needed, with a well equipped kitchen. We loved sitting outside in the garden, so peaceful with just the sounds of birds and church bells. Betws yn Rhos is ideally situated for days out. We visited Llandudno, Llanberis and Snowdon, Betws y Coed, Rhos on Sea and Rhyl, all of which were within easy driving distance. Abergele has a large supermarket and is just a 10 minute drive away. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and we will definitely stay again.
