Had an absolute fabulous few days, holidaying on a working farm.
Had an absolute fabulous few days, holidaying on a working farm. The owner was there to greet us on arrival. The welcome delights were really appreciated. The cottage was really cosy and had everything that was needed. During our time we had to the privilege of seeing 4 new born calves which was a definite highlight.

We loved the holiday cottage, it was clean, warm and homely.
We loved the holiday cottage, it was clean, warm and homely. The owner was friendly and helpful. The surrounding countryside was stunning, with spectacular views. We liked seeing all the farm animals, as did our dog. The beds were extremely comfy, and we wouldn't hesitate, to stay here again.
Lovely little apartment, very clean and cozy. Justine looked after us very well. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the patio and BBQ. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful weekend away.
We had a wonderful weekend away. Staying on the farm is such an adventure and we received the warmest of welcomes from the host when we arrived. The log burner lit, the cottage warm & cosy and a welcome hamper on the table. We woke up to horses at the window, and the sound of the stream running in the background. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. Location is great and we explored the local area, Swansea and the Gower all weekend. There’s a supermarket close by and lots of lovely pubs with open fires - perfect for a winter break. We can’t wait to come back

My wife and i had a lovely stay at the cottage.
My wife and i had a lovely stay at the cottage. The owner was most helpful. The setting is very pleasant and quiet. Mobile signal is available in some of the rooms. There is no WIFI which was no issue for us. The brochure does state there is a smart tv but this is incorrect. I would highly recommend.

This holiday cottage was perfect for us as we wanted to get away from it all but still be able to visit the beaches and towns which were a short drive away, we needed for nothing as the kitchen was well stocked and the welcome hamper was a lovely surprise, the cottage was spotless as were the beds and bathroom and there were lovely walks for our lurcher right from the cottage gate, the owner was there to meet us and quickly ran through everything with us, she was not intrusive but was there if we needed her, we will definitely be returning, thank you for a lovely stay.

We had such a lovely time staying on the farm in Llandremor Fawr cottage; we were given a warm welcome by Justine and family and the cottage was warm and cosy on our arrival. Off the beaten track and with beautiful views, my favourite time was early breakfast outside overlooking the hills with the horses for company! The cottage is so well placed to explore both Gower and the Brecons / Black Mountains, the walking is fantastic.
Thank you Justine, it has been a memorable week.

We had the loveliest holiday here. The cottage is lovely and cosy, with a huge woodburner, and the patio is gorgeous with horses popping their heads over to watch you eat breakfast. The farm is in the most beautiful position with glorious views all around, and Justine and her family are perfect hosts - friendly and helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful and tranquil setting.
Beautiful and tranquil setting. The drive is well worth it! Justine is a lovely host and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Surrounding farmland is lovely for a walk and the view from the hills down to the estuary is superb.
If you need to get away from life’s hustle and bustle then I strongly recommend the cottage.
The Gower peninsula is a beautiful part of the world and we will definitely be returning.

Just the best place to enjoy freedom, peace and for children to learn about farming life and the countryside. For a family of five it still felt spacious and yet had a cosy feel. The open fire was a treat. Would definitely go back.

If you are looking for a warm cosy cottage, dog friendly, in the middle of a working farm, with love
If you are looking for a warm cosy cottage, dog friendly, in the middle of a working farm, with lovely friendly helpful hosts (even in the middle of lambing in storms....) - then look no further! It’s all freshly decorated so all just like new.
3 horses to greet you at the back door every morning. Free range hens, geese and guinea fowl wandering around the yard. 1000 pregnant ewe’s in the surrounding fields, with about a dozen newborn lambs every morning. Cute little Dexter calves as well. And of course cats and sheepdogs. Oh and Red Kites in the skies.
300 acres to walk - including the hill opposite, with amazing views down to the sea. Just the sound of animals, birds, and water (as the stream has lots of lovely little waterfalls).
But it’s only 2 miles down the track to Pontarddulais where there are pubs, takeaways and even a big Tesco’s if that takes your fancy.
What’s not to love?
And if you fancy finding out more about this lovely farm & family find the bbc documentary online on Emlyn “Looking after lambs”.
To Justine and Emlyn - thank you! Despite the weather, we had a great time - and we will return.

Llandremor Fawr Cottage was the perfect place for us to hold our family reunion. Justine gave us a very warm welcome by providing a cosy log fire, welsh cakes, fresh flowers and a bottle of mulled wine. We wanted for nothing and even took advantage of buying some of their home made produce!
