Well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances features a bar area perfect for entertaining! The screened-in heated and cooled back porch w/lake views and a gas grill. The Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and Bedroom 2-King and Bedroom 3-Queen w/full trundle.

Woodson Bend Resort, sits on a gorgeous panoramic vista of Lake Cumberland. The unit is within 3-5 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse, which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, and 6 dedicated Pickleball Courts, 2 tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and a huge shaded playground (Restaurant and pool in season only). 135 slip boating dock.

Parking in front of unit on 1st come 1st serve basis.
No smoking or vaping indoors.
No parties loud music or events.
No open flame candles.
All cooking oil discarded in trash.
NO PETS

Lake Cumberland getaway

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at the property and everything was great. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to help us due to a small hiccup related to our arrival time, and Victor was available and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a great long weekend!

Awesome Memorial Day Weekend Trip

Staying at this condo was outstanding!! The accommodations were exactly what we were hoping for and we couldn't have been more excited to spend the long weekend there! Great getaway

Nice place! Very comfortable accommodations with all we needed to cook for the week. We had a great time hiking, golfing, and boating. Kids really enjoyed the basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts.

The property is very comfortable and nicely decorated. If you cook, the kitchen was so well stocked. It has a great view of the water. The complex is quiet and conveniently located. The hosts were very responsive and everything was great. Will definitely stay again.

We love this condo. So spacious and clean! Decorated beautifully. We have stayed here several times in the past and plan to come here again next boating season! Our grandkids stayed with us and they loved seeing all the deer and boats on the lake!! Close to the marina and town. Victor is always so nice to work with.

We had a wonderful time. The location in the resort was ideal. Great access and views. Renovated condo made our trip perfect. Innovative use of space with the master bedroom off the porch. Perfect Relaxation

Beautiful week at the lake!

This was our 3rd or 4th time staying at this property. It’s one of favorites!! Always very clean! We love sitting on the porch having our morning coffee. So peaceful. Victor is so nice to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

Great trip!

We had a wonderful week at the lake in this beautiful condo. It was very clean and well decorated! We love the sun porch, especially every morning having our coffee out there! The rooms are good size rooms and the beds are comfortable. It has all the amenities of home! Woodson Bend Resort is well maintained and we saw several deer during our stay!!! Hope to visit again soon! Thanks for sharing your home with us, we loved it!!

Beautiful and comfortable condo with serene lake view on deck

Another perfect stay at this condo. We love the location further down the road which is more quiet and great view of the lake and to watch nature in the comfortable screened in deck. Quick drive up to pool, tennis courts, etc. Beds are all cozy and the kitchen is perfect to cook in with all the amenities. We are able to relax and unwind here. Thanks Victor for having this great place to rent!
