The best thing about this apartment was the location. TV did not work, WI-FI was semi functional, toilet flush mechanism was broken, some lights did not work and none of the promises in the advert for the place were kept. The hosts were very elusive and never met us on site. They seemed irritated about us letting them know about the issues we found, especially about the fact that there was only a half used toilet roll left in the apartment. They blamed it on the cleaning lady who was new. We had a great time in Lisbon and basically only used the apartment as a place to sleep.

We had a good stay in this apartment during our 8 days in Lisbon. That said, there are some Pros and Cons you should know about before booking.Pros:* Excellent neighborhood, close to a LOT of great restaurants, but far enough away that it is very quiet after 7pm.* Great communication with the host. * Close to several bus lines and the No. 28 tram line.* The apartment was super clean.Cons:* Poor air circulation in the apartment. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment and doesn’t have any windows. The daytime temperatures ranged from 75 to 80 while we were there and cooled to the 60s at night. But the apartment was hot and somewhat stuffy. The living room, which has a window on to the street, was a little more comfortable, but the bedroom was a hot box. They provide a fan, but the cord isn’t long enough for the fan to reach into the bedroom from any plugs outside of the BR and the space around the bed in the bedroom wasn’t large enough to put the fan inside of the bedroom. Also, the fan wasn’t very strong. This issue would be resolved if they put an A/C unit in the bedroom.* TINY bathroom. The bathroom is about 3 feet wide. The shower measures about 3 feet by 3 feet and for me (6’4” tall with a 46” chest), the showering space was really tight. The sink only measures about 8 inches deep by 12 inches wide and there is only about 8 inches of clearance between the end of the toilet seat and the wall, so you’ll be sitting side-saddle to use it.

Cute but small

Hosts were wonderful and accessible. Kitchen was adequate but bathroom was too small. Barely room for your legs when you sat.some people might have a problem.

Perfect Location

This flat is located in the heart of Lisbon where you can find many outstanding restaurants and coffee shops. The marina is a just a short walk. Everything you’ll need is provided host. An added bonus is that the flat is located on the ground level. Please note that there is no AC however, the host has provided a fan. The bathroom is quite narrow so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues. Overall a fabulous flat!

Nice & good

Appartment was little small, but very nice and clean and equipt well. Owners are very kind and helpfull. Central located for discovering Lisbon.

Appartement calme, moderne, propre et bien équipé. Bien placé dans Lisbonne et bien desservi par les transports en commun (bus, tramway et train à moins de 300m) . Accueil sympathique de Maria. seul petit bémol : la salle d'eau est petite et ce peut être gênant pour une personne de grande taille au niveau de la cuvette des WC. Je recommande cet appartement.
