OUR BUNGALOWS ARE THOROUGHLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED, USING STEAM CLEANERS, AN OZONE GENERATOR, AND CERTIFIED ANTIBACTERIAL PRODUCTS.

Beautiful 2 bedrooms completely refurbished bungalow just beside the commercial center Biosfera, between the old and the new town of Puerto del Carmen; close enough to banks, bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife, but not so crowded and noisy as on the strip, whilst very close to the beaches: 5 minutes walking from Playa Chica and a bit more to the Grandes Playas. This detached little villa has a fantastic enormous terrace, partially uncovered, where you can enjoy the breeze, sun-tan, meals and chats with friends, watching a fantastic sea-view.

Homely bungalow

Had a lovely week in this lovely bungalow, centrally located for shops pubs and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the beach and bus stop near by. Great homely property with everything you need, good WiFi , plenty of English tv channels and a wonderful outside space with sunshine all day. The host where very responsive and nothing was a problem always on hand if needed. Highly recommended and can’t wait to return.

Absolute great little place! I’m a regular visitor to lanzarote, this is the best place I’ve stayed, lovely clean, full of character, comfy bed, kitchen has everything you could need, has all the little things you need that I haven’t had anywhere else eg salt, vinegar, oil, washing liquid, Tbags, sugar, T roll, lovely balcony, high quality sheets/towels, right by shopping center (use the lift there instead of walking up hill) great central location, excellent lovely friendly host, really hope this place is free next time I come over!

Can't thank Zeno & Alessandra enough. Great hosts very helpful always there if needed. We stayed at Casa Arrigo for two weeks Definatley the Best Bungalow we have stayed in. It has absolutely everything you need. The Memory Foam bed was Brilliant best sleep Ever. Location is just perfect close to Old & New Town, Beaches & Shops but very Peaceful & Private too we spent lots of time on the Amazing Terrace just Wonderful. We would love to visit Lanzarote again and really hope your Bungalow will be still be available as we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We would Highly Recommend to Everyone we have stayed in many apartments and a few bungalows this is definitely one of our Best stays ever and Lanzarote was amazing as always 🌝 Thanks again Shona & Gordon

Die Gastgeberin Alessandra war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Zwischendurch wurde sogar geputzt und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt.Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Alles, was man braucht, war da. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel uns sorgten für angenehmen Schlaf. Die sonstige Einrichtung des Hauses ist vielleicht schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt aber noch ihren Zweck.Die Terrasse hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer über die Dächer der darunterliegenden Häuser hinweg (das Haus ist fast ganz oben an der Straße gelegen), wir frühstückten dort jeden Morgen.Das Haus liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt, ist trotzdem nicht zu laut, weil die Straße nicht so frequentiert ist. Einen Parkplatz sucht man sich in der Nähe in derselben Straße, findet man aber immer.Zum Strand musste man nur ca. 10 min bergab laufen. Der Strand "Playa Chica" war für uns der beste bisher zum Schnorcheln. So viele Fische auf einmal sieht man selten.

En fin og svært sentral leilighet, med et fantastisk koselig vertskap. Kort vei til butikker, restauranter og strand. Smart å bruke rulletrapper og evt. heis gjennom handlesenteret Biosfera for å slippe å gå opp brattbakken.Vi vil absolutt anbefale Casa Synove Arrigo.

Two hard to please couple.

Home from home, everything you need and more. Owner left lovely bottle of Cava in Fridge put us right in holiday mood.Terrace we sat on every day for breakfast @lunch, so private and quite TV @ WiFi great.Resturants and shops near “Spar” has everything you will need.Thank you for letting use you lovely Bungalow.
