Air-conditioned Villa With Mountain Views, 300m From Coastal Path - Villa Elise

Villa Elise is situated near to the lovely new Marina Rubicon, with its selection of restaurants, shops bars and sports facilities. Playa Blanca town and its golden beaches are only a pleasant 25 -30 minute stroll away, along the pedestrianised coastal path (the longest in Europe at over 10km). The natural sand beaches of Papagayo are a 15 minute walk. A hire car is not necessary as all facilities, including a supermarket and taxi rank, are close by. Villa Elise is only a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport. The villa is furnished to a high standard, situated between the Rubicon Marina and the famous Papagayo beaches. The comfortable sofas provide comfort whilst relaxing in front of the INTERNET IPTV SYSTEM or listening to music on same. The villa also has full unlimited WiFi Internet Access. Full mountain views to the left with the sea/beach only a 3/4 min walk, ensures an overall peaceful setting. The sun follows the terrace areas until the sun sets.

Villa was fantastic, superbly clean, welcoming, lovely comfortable furniture inside and out. The most comfortable bed ever ! Nothing to fault at all. Lesley’s communication was superb, nothing was to much trouble, management company were superb too. Lovely walk to the Marina along the broad walk.

Gorgeous villa

Excellent stay at a lovely villa with own private pool, fully equipped with all amenities and quality furniture. Located in a convenient area of Playa Blanca with a supermarket at the end of the road. Highly recommend this property

Winter Sunshine Break

We had an enjoyable stay, a nice location for peace and quiet. We did however feel that the proximity to restaurants and a suitable beach for swimming in the sea were farther than expected, being a lengthy walk for an older couple as we are.

Lovely villa

Had a lovely stay here…perfect location as lovely and quiet but only a short walk to the Marina. Is about a 30 min walk to Playa Blanca town. Villa was very spacious and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool which was cleaned twice during the week. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Lanzarote and would recommend to others!

Lovely ,comfortable villa which is very well equipped.we had a very relaxing holiday.The villa is in a quiet location,but an easy,pleasant 15 minute walk takes you to the marina where there are some great restaurants.we used the car if we went to Playa Blanca in the evening.would definitely recommend.Thank you for your assistance with pre booking enquiries

December stay - Family of 3

We love our stay at the Vila. Perfect location for all amenities and a park was a bonus. The pool was warm for the winter and the villa had everything you would of hoped for. We appreciated the milk/wine, Coffee and beer for our welcome and the host was easy to contact throughout. Lesley was also very kind in letting us stay for a few extra hours on check out due to flight delays. Thanks Lesley we can not wait to visit again very soon!

We have just returned from a week’s stay at this property and cannot complain about anything there is everything you would require also the quality of the towels and bedding was first class with a nice welcome pack,the property was immaculate and the furniture outside was very comfortable in a nice quiet area,they is plenty of books,games,few WiFi and a great Tv with SKY etc .

Villa Elise

Overall we were very pleased with our stay at Villa Elise. There are a couple of items that we thought could be looked at. One was the sunbed covers which could do with a clean and the other was the downstairs toilet/shower where the shower curtain was needing cleaned. Overall the villa is very good and in a great location and would certainly recommend it to our friends.

Super place to stay

It's the little things that count. Welcome pack much appreciated, thoughtfulness of owners with things like laundry baskets in the bedrooms, soap dishes in the bathrooms, quality cushions on sunbeds with addition of towelling covers for these. Excellent TV with all major sport and movie channels available instead of the usual few english speaking ones. All went towards a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the home. The area itself was no surprise to us and we enjoyed the 20 mins walk down to the Marina every morning and night where you find around 15-20 good restaurants to choose from. Decent sized supermarket just 5 mins away is a bonus as well We will return next year without a doubt and to the same villa if available

A wonderful week

This was our third visit to this lovely villa and it felt like we were coming home. As usual, the villa was immaculate and beautifully presented. The location is good for us, nice and peaceful but still only a 20 minute stroll to the marina and a further 20 minutes or so into Playa Blanca. Excellent local bus service every 30 mins and the bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk from the villa. €1.35 each for any distance. Taxis also plentiful and under €4 into the centre of Playa Blanca. As always, Lesley made the booking process simple and is one of the few owners we have dealt with who will respond almost immediately to enquires. All in all, another fantastic holiday and can't wait to go back.

Workmen

When we arrived the code we were given didn't work eventually after more than an hour we got in the villa its self was amazing spotless and everything you would want and more the coin machine for the air conditioning unit wouldn't count our 2 euro coins so had to use 1 euro coins unfortunately the villa next door to us had workmen in so we had no privacy around the pool our last 2 days we couldn't even go out round the pool or use the pool as it was covered in white stuff off the workmen and the very toxic smell of glue was horrible this took the shine off our holiday

Lesley I would just like to thank you very much for a lovely week’s holiday in your lovely Villa Elise in Playa Blanca; the facilities are the best we have ever had. I cannot think of anything to suggest to you that would improve it. The location was superb for us nice and quite having a private swimming pool is great, likewise having sky TV & Sports & WI Fi was just like being at home. The whole holiday experience was great from the directions from the airport to the 2 minute walk to the supermarket everything was just superb. We walked to the Marina Rubicon every night along the cliff top walk which has stunning views there is every type of food available at the many restaurants at the Marina Rubicon all of which were very friendly and very good service. We will definitely be a returning customer.

Amazing Month

We felt at home immediately. The house is fully stocked with everything you would need. With staying for a month it is well looked after: linen changes, pool cleaning, gardener etc each have access so you don’t need to stay in. Pool was an obvious bonus especially with the hot weather we had. On a personal note I would have preferred the double bed to have been on the other room with the en suite as this is the only bathroom with windows too. I appreciate the other has the terrace and a bathroom close and certainly did not stop us enjoying our stay. Loved the local commercial centre (10 mins. Walk) Paulos Bar - hugely entertaining and Alfie’s Bar and restaurants. Rubicon was a 20 min walk (top road ) loved Flagship Bar and Cafe del Puerto. A further walk to Playa Blanca and an amazing range of bars and restaurants too many to mention. Highly recommend this Villa.

Villa Elise: Great Holiday Accommodation

We have recently returned from an 11 day stay at this lovely villa. There were 4 adults sharing which was perfect for us and Lesley provided information and instructions once the booking was confirmed and paid for. The villa was well equipped, spacious and an ideal location in a residential area with a small supermarket 5 mins walk away. There was plenty of furniture for outdoor living / dining with lovely views across to the mountains. The pool was great, not very big, but perfect for us for a quick dip or floating about catching the rays. We walked to the marina and back most evenings which took about 20 mins each way. Sometimes we walked slightly further to the town and got a taxi back for about 4€. If you want somewhere to eat close to the villa I would recommend Casa Carlos which we visited twice and Caprica Cheese which is hidden away at the shopping centre and is run by one man serving the most amazing tapas. Having the option of watching U.K. TV was great for the men as it was World Cup time! I would not hesitate booking this villa again if we return to Lanzarote. Thank you Lesley and Glenn.

Perfect PB base for our Lanzarote holiday

Have been to Lanzarote in early December for several years now as its my wife's birthday and also there is a car rally usually at that time of year that I like to spectate on. We love the Marina Rubicon area of Playa Blanca but prefer to be a little further out and this villa fitted our needs perfectly. A short stroll down the hill leads to the gentle promenade that either leads to the Marina or if you walk in the other direction to a nearby complex which has a couple of great tapas bars, a small supermarket and some British sports bars if that is your thing. Talking of supermarkets there is a larger Super Dino and also a British supermarket just up the road as well. The villa was really well maintained and appointed with everything most people would need for a great break such as full kitchen with an oven which is unusual for Lanzarote, washing machine, 2 fridge freezers, BBQ outside etc. The 3 bathrooms were also ideal. We like to hire a car and drive out to favourite spots/restaurants in other towns however should you choose to just crash by the pool then you will be amply catered for as well. Both the guy who cleaned the pool twice a week and the cleaning supervisor said the host is spot on when it comes to looking after the property unlike some other owners they have encountered! The villa is semi-detached however there was minimal noise from next door and although the walls separating all the properties are quite low we never felt overlooked. Its one of those finds that you want to keep to yourself however that would be unfair to the host! Hopefully we will be able to repeat our visit as would go back in a heartbeat.

5 stars - a real gem - a perfect place for a relaxing holiday

We cannot thank Lesley enough for providing such a lovely villa for our holiday. It is so clean, very stylish and they have thought of everything - from a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge to comfy outdoor furniture and handy towel clips for the Lanzarote wind. It is quiet and secure and in a great location with the walkway to the Rubicon Marina only a couple of minutes away - it's about 15 mins walk to the Marina and about 25 to Playa Blanca. There is a supermarket and a small bar just across the street from the villa - super handy. We cannot recommend this villa enough - we were so sad to leave! Nice area and house

Easy and clean house. Short distance to foodshop, and beachwalk. Nice to take morningwalks in the papagayo area. About 15 min walk to the port with all the restaurants. About 35 min walk to playa blanca. Nice bathrooms, beds and almost everything you need in the kitchen. Will recomend to friends and family.

Another fabulous holiday at Elise

We’ve stopped in Villa Elise and neighbouring Villa Elana a number of times and we’ll keep coming back for a number of reasons. The villas are perfect for us and have everything we need, the welcome pack of water, tea, wine etc... are always gratefully received. The Villa has everything you need and is immaculately clean. We love this part of Playa Blanca because it’s quiet but everywhere is in walking distance. And lastly Lesley is an absolute dream to deal with and this year more than ever, I had to make changes to dates/times because of COVID and last minute flight changes but Lesley is always quick to respond and very helpful. Rest assured there will be future visits from us to this lovely villa.

My wife and I bought in Playa Blanca after visiting the area for many years. We enjoy the lovely restaurants that are at The Marina and on the seafront in the town centre. I also enjoy mountain biking locally and running along the coastal path that goes from 300m from our front door to the other end of playa Blanca at the lighthouse.
Our children enjoyed many holidays there when they were young and still enjoying coming out to their "2nd home" now they are grown up. Playa Blanca is a family orientated resort and is now described as the "jewel in the crown" of the Canary Islands. We continually maintain the villa to a standard that we can enjoy and allows our guests to feel they have all the home comforts to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
