We offer our guests first and the second floor of the house connected by an external staircase suitable for 10 people. It consists of 5 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 3 bathrooms,(4rd bathroom is ouside on the pool) and large balcony with magnificent views. A large plot with a terrace and a private swimming pool is perfect if you want to run away from all the hustle and take a swim straight from your bedroom. In the back part of the house is big teracce with BBQ only for quest use.. We live on the ground floor of the Villa,but we have separate entrance and has no contact with the pool. Surrounding area is completely for your use only. Guests are granted full privacy (there are no other apartments in the house).
Guests can also find ping pong table, volleyball in the pool, rackets for bambinton,football field,two bicycles. Fresh water from the spring is potable,and and you can freely drink it.

The preserved natural, unique and exceptionally precious rural architecture, numerous monuments of the thousand-year-old history of this area, traditions that are hundreds of years old and have been kept through folklore, the distinctive traditional costumes of Konavle and the Konavle …all this renders Konavle unique and recognizable.

It was great

We had a super fun time there , everthing was cleaned outside in the Morning , the Pool was a good cool down , the Fire Place was Perfect to Grill some Steaks

This was the perfect place to stay for our family holiday to Croatia and we've had the most incredible time! Andrea was so helpful from the very first message I sent her and she was there to help with anything we needed during our stay. We were there for 10 nights with my husband, Mum and 3 children age 10, 8 and 6. We used the pool every single day and it was always clean and very well maintained with incredible facilities (toilet, shower and shaded seating right by the pool). The location gave us a great base to explore the area including walking to the 2 nearby churches and visiting the Sokol Grad fortress just a short drive away. We had a day in Bosnia visiting the Grad Sunca water park and the town of Trebinje. We had a day in Montenegro on a beautiful drive to Kotor visiting the sights along the way. We went to Dubrovnik old town via a boat from Cavtat and visited Cavtat several times for lovely food, walks, and to swim in the sea. The house provided everything we needed with so much space and great facilities. We cooked meals outside on the barbecue area and enjoyed eating together inside, on the balcony and on the terrace area. My Mum and daughter slept in the apartment downstairs with their own rooms and bathroom, and the rest of us slept in the main apartment upstairs with our own rooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It was a great place to relax during the heat of the day.Thank you so much Andrea! We'd love to come back!

L'accueil est excellent. La description correspond parfaitement à la réalité. La terrasse pour déjeuner et diner est magnifique, c'est un plaisir de s'y retrouver. On a profité avec plaisir de la piscine privé, l'idée du filet sur la piscine est super pour s'amuser entre amis ou en famille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisirs

Super villa

La villa se situe près du Monténégro. La villa est superbe et nous avons pu profiter de la tonnelle en vigne pour déjeuner à l'ombre, avec une cheminée barbecue qui nous permis de faire des grillades au feu de bois. Andréa notre hôte est très disponible et nous a régulièrement demandé ce que nous avions besoin et si nous souhaitons un ménage internediaire. Régulièrement, Andréa nous a proposé des légumes de son jardin. Même si le propriétaire reside sur place, nous avons apprécié sa discrétion tout en étant disponible au cas ou. Une voiture est nécessaire et nous avons loué une voiture à l'aéroport de Cavtat chez Bingo rent où tout s'est très bien passé (nous recommandons). Merci encore à Andréa Andréa est

Incredible views

Andrea ( the owner )gave us a warm welcome on our arrival and was in constant communication throughout our stay answering any questions we had, from directions to even booking a restaurant. She also gave us plates of homegrown peppers, figs and tomatoes which were delicious. The villa, fantastic bbq area and pool was immaculately clean. In fact one morning after a bbq we came down to find the entire area was cleaned , bbq scrubbed and fresh charcoal left. The views are simply unbelievable, towering mountains behind us and amazing scenery down the valley. At night equally dramatic, we have never seen so many stars. The pool is cleaned every day, plenty of sun beds and games. It even has a shower and toilet, which again was spotless. If you wish a peaceful place to stay. This is one to choose. Tip. If you are not German bring chrome cast as nearly all channels on the TV are in that language. Go early in the morning on a visit to Dubrovnik as it gets very busy. The coastal town of Cavtat is worth a visit. Plenty of restaurants and bars. 30 minutes drive away. Thank you Andrea and Dario for some wonderful memories. Lars, Cindy and family ( UK )

Amazing villa and location in beautiful countryside

Dario and Andrea were brilliant hosts - very helpful and friendly, making us all feel very welcome, and showing us the villa and providing fresh fruit and vegetables from the surrounding gardens. They recommended all the best beaches, restaurants etc. The villa was a perfect retreat in the hills, away from the busy resorts and roads, a great base for seeing the Dubrovnik area down to the Montenegro border. Great pool area for the teenagers, this is probably the best holiday we have had. Amazing!

Lovely villa in a great location

Couldn't have asked for more of this property when booking at such short notice. - The villa is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and right by the Montenegro border so you could jump across easily and visit if you so wish whilst, also being close to spots such as Cavtat (which the children enjoyed a lot) and Dubrovnik. - The apartment was lovely and clean - Pool and garden were well equipped - Whilst the hosts live on site, you wouldn't know they were there..but at the same time Andrea & Dario make sure we had everything we needed for your stay. - BBQ area is large and is excellent for sitting out in the evening

Perfecta estancia

La casa está muy bien , limpia amplia y con distintas zonas para estar en la terraza la barbacoa la piscina . Muy bonita también la puesta de sol desde la casa .

An enjoyable family holiday

The property is immaculately clean and in a great location the owners were very helpful and even giving us fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden, the pool area as all new and in very very good condition, the pool was lovely and cool and in a great location near the front of the land with a great view. Brilliant family holiday and we will visit again. Many thanks. Only thing I would say is the beds are firm and the listing could do with GPS location as difficult to find at night.

The villa has been perfect for our needs and suited our big family. Close to local shops and restaurants and a 20 minute drive to some beautiful beaches! The weather has been glorious during our stay and the children have had a wonderful time cooling off in the pool or relaxing in the hammock.
