Modern Apartment in Historic Center. Pajaritos II

Pajaritos II es un espacio relajante, fresco y soleado durante todo el día, perfecto para disfrutar de una estancia inolvidable en Sevilla.

Al entrar, se accede directamente a un salón luminoso y diáfano, con sofá cama y TV de plasma. Unido al salón hay una cocina integrada, con muebles de calidad y completamente equipada. En el pasillo se encuentran los dormitorios: uno con cama de matrimonio y baño en suite, y otro con dos camas individuales, ambos con mucha luz natural. El segundo baño es de acceso independiente.

La calle Pajaritos está situada en pleno Santa Cruz, quizá la zona más hermosa y antigua de la ciudad. El apartamento es muy tranquilo a cualquier hora, aunque en los alrededores hay pequeñas tiendas de comida, bares típicos sevillanos, restaurantes y un ambiente animado con visitantes y locales. Además, todos los monumentos y atracciones están a pocos minutos a pie.

La reserva de cada alojamiento de Genteel Home conlleva el ofrecimiento de experiencias o actividades extras para mejorar su estancia, las cuales son gestionadas por proveedores externos, que las pondrán en su conocimiento a través de e-mail o Whats App, pudiendo usted contratarlas o rechazarlas. Seville Centro Stay

Location is excellent. The cobble stoned narrow streets give you a feel for old Europe. You may have to walk a few minutes to get a taxi.

Great place, great location.

The apartment is located in a perfect neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance. Luthia was very welcoming and gave great recommendations for food and nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay again hopefully!

Great location for walking to everything in Sevilla!

We had a 3 night stay in Sevilla during Easter Weekend. There were lots of crowds for the religious processions all around us and this was exciting to see. The apartment is small but well thought out. We had everything we needed.

Modern apartment in the heart of Seville

We had a great stay in Sevilla at this apartment. There were a few minor issues with cleanliness but otherwise it was great! We were happy with the location. Check-in process was easy and smooth.

Location!

This apartment was in a perfect location for all of our sightseeing activities! The air conditioning was excellent!! The guest bathroom shower, however, was slow draining and flooded the floor.

All around great place

The location was exceptional. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Walking around the narrow streets was magical. The flat had everything we needed to be very comfortable. It was very clean and the second bathroom was great, with 5 adults. The pull out couch was surpisingly comfortable.

Cozy and convenient

Felt very secure, safe location. Could hear the sounds of the city but quiet at night. The apartment is small but a fabulous location which is perfect for walking any and everywhere. Alejandra from Genteel Homes was incredibly helpful with recommendations and reservations! She modified all recommendations to our family and considered the ages of our kids. So thankful for her help!

Apartment was not ready at our arrival until 5 pm. We were allowed to leave luggage but don’t know why it had not been cleaned. The internet info in the apartment did not have updated info but after texting host we got it working. One day we lost internet and had to again contact host who instructed us to turn on off main power which restored it. Apartment in a nice location, bedrooms and bathrooms were pleasant . Kitchen/ sitting only had 2 chairs for table and carpet had stains. Kitchen not really suitable for meals if that is the plan.

Location

Location was perfect close to everything walking distance only negative has nothing to do with the location or place just the streets to get there a very narrow most cars don’t fit. I left it there in front like 20 minutes and I guess a local was annoyed and scratched my car. Better of parking a few blocks away in a lot and walking to location.

Great location!

My husband,My mother in law, and my daughter visited Seville. It was an amazing trip, location was perfect! Know that most taxis do not take you to the front door, so there is some walking with luggage. Communication and helpful tips by host, but at check in we waited for quite a while on the heat for the check in crew.. there was some mix up. Once they arrived we got to the apt and the AC was not working in one bedroom, minor fix of batteries in a remote. The front room AC started producing ice cubes one night, so we turned it off for the rest of the trip. I informed the host when we left. Other than that the place was great and we would stay again for sure!

Our apartment is located in the center of the historic center of Seville, where many of the streets are pedestrian and very narrow. Although taxi drivers do their best to drop guests off as close to their destination as possible, it can sometimes be difficult to access the door of some accommodations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In respect of the wait to check in, although this type of situation is not common in our services, there are unexpected situations that can delay the delivery of keys.
