The villa is located in the area of Akrotiri - Otzia and is about 8 minutes by car from the port of the island, 3 minutes from the beach of Otzia and 5 minutes from the picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its cafes, taverans and bars.

The villa has a swimming pool with a large terrace, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms in the main house and 2 guests houses with 2 bathrooms. Please note only three of the bedrooms are for rent, the choice is yours which ones.

The villa is 160sq meters and is part of a small complex of 4 villas in total, each one completely independent, private and with its own swimming pool. Surrounding the villa is a large terrace with a sweet water swimming pool, a large shaded seating area with a large built-in sofa from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view. Near the seating area is a large shaded dining and a stone built BBQ. At the far end of the terrace is a second shaded dining area, which is protected from the northerly winds, which sometimes occur in August.

The ground floor of the villa has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Near the main house there is a guest house with a bedroom and a bathroom. To the side of the main main house there are steps leading down to a second guest house with a bedroom and a bathroom.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
