This was our first family vacation. We had such a great time and this space was perfect for our family. Everything truly was provided that you could even think would be needed. The beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. Evening views from the patio were relaxing and exactly what our family needed. This experience just made our family vow to return not only to Las Palmas but also to this rental. The price for everything we were allowed to use as well as the quality, was hard to beat. Being near the waterfall pool and a playground with a field right outside the patio door was nice. A grill was also provided and that made our 4th special. Thank you!

Being on the ground floor and an end unit is a bonus. The unit was very clean, comfortable beds, and everything you need for our stay. Having the hot tub almost our the back door was great, too.

Great place. Lots of room! Beds were comfortable. It’s close to one of the family pools. The hot tub wasn’t hot but they were there fixing it the next day. Kitchen was stocked with essentials to cook. We loved being on the first floor. Easy access to everything. This unit was at the end of the row so there was always plenty of parking! We will definitely stay here again.

This was great for Las Palmas. Loved the ground floor access. No great surprises good or bad. A little sparse in the pantry but we always travel with supplies. One last word, Give a small prayer for the millions of butterflies that provided their wings to make the so-calledtoilet paper and tissues.

Great Place

It was a perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and so much for my kids to do. We enjoyed the heated pools and water slides and also enjoyed relaxing in the condo watching TV. The only thing I would've changed was staying longer.

My daughter had a tennis tournament here and this was a great place to stay! It was very clean and comfortable. There were 5 of us staying and it was not crowded. I made note of the property, so we can stay again.

Fun family resort!

We enjoyed Las Palmas! The resort had everything we needed and the kids had a blast! The Bemore Complex next door was fun also. We used the roller skating rink, the ninja course and nets on fire basketball courts. We’ll definitely be back!

This was perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The clean condo was perfect and we loved that it was ground floor with one of the pools located right behind us. The property was great and clean and the amenities were accessible. The property manager also was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great location. We have stayed at this resort multiple times over a 10 yr period. I feel like for the money, it was more expensive, especially considering no upgrades to original condo. Larger & updated condos were basically the same price. Cleaning wasn’t the greatest….sand/grind or something on counters constantly. The bedroom screen door doesn’t close/lock all the way…so we heard crickets chirping all night long. None of the hotubs were working at any of the 3 pools on premise. The pool house apparently is going out of business so there was no toilet paper in restrooms. Drink/ice machines weren’t working, air pumps didn’t work. While we’ve stayed at this resort for years, I think we’ll be updating to somewhere else for our next vacation.

Fantastic Place to Stay!!!

The property was absolutely perfect! It met and exceeded all of our needs. There was a pool right out side the back patio. It was super clean. The host was very responsive and attentive. It is close to everything we enjoy doing. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Great Place, Great Host

Check-in was easy, instructions were clear. Place was clean and well organized. There was no pack 'n play when we got there, but a quick message to the host and they responded prompt and kindly. It was a comfortable and affordable stay. Location was great for my kids. Close to the pool and playground. 10/10 would stay in this unit again.
