3 bed/2 bath. Sleeps 10. Maximum Occupancy 11. Bed Configuration: master - King, guest - Queen, guest 2 - bunk (twin over full) and single twin. We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). Top (3rd) level. 1600 sq feet. Pool view. Built 2003. Fireplace is non-operational.

Great stay

It was nice but the pool hours were kind of rediculous with how hot it was, we would have liked to swim later to like 11 pm. Also, a bigger table and cushions on the outdoor furniture would be nice. The place was very nice.

Great place for family !

My family and I have stayed in several rentals at this resort. This rental was perfect for our family, it has what you need if making meals etc.. we had one minor issue ( a small leak with the toilet) communication was great and the problem was fixed in a timely matter. Overall we had a great stay and we would stay again!

Family vacation

The condo was surprisingly large and spacious. It easily fit our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. The property was well maintained. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The resort and location were wonderful, we enjoyed all the pools and activities in the clubhouse. Unfortunately, we had to call to get our check in information and it took them a while before they could send it. The internet wasn’t working when we arrived and only one of the TVs had streaming apps downloaded. We could not contact the owners after we checked in, so we never heard back on any of our concerns. It doesn’t sleep quite 10 unless you’re bringing quite a few children, but we still enjoyed our stay here.

This was a wonderful property. They didn’t skimp on laundry detergent, towels, trash bags, or any other standard items. The deck overlooking the playground and pool was perfect. The beds were comfortable-attention to the details -,All in all it was outstanding. Grateful for the experience.

Fantastic Condo for vacation

This rental was wonderful in every way. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Nice-sized rooms for our family of seven to hang out, play games, and watch movies together. We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was sufficient to enjoy dinner at the condo (we brought previously prepared food that just needed to be cooked for the most part). The pools and hot tubs are nice and we all did a polar plunge after Thanksgiving dinner. :) We would recommend this to everyone and would definitely stay here again!

Dryer did not work. Sent two texts , but never got a response. Had to call to get check-in information sent . Bedspreads in two rooms were not clean and because drier was not working I could not wash them. Nice location, size and supplies. Enjoyed our stay

Great Big Quiet place to stay.

Door code was easy. Directions to the property were on point. Views from condo were amazing. The deck was huge for a condo. The whole place felt cozy and warm. I would stay at this place every time we come see the family from now on. All the beds were comfortable not to firm yet not too soft. There was not one negative thing to say about this beautiful well furnished property. They have updated brown leather couches in the main living room NOT the turquoise couch set so it feels and looks more homey.

Everything about renting this condo was easy. I love having a door code so I don’t lose a key! The condo itself was more spacious than expected and so lovely! We loved the back deck overlooking the pool. My husband and I stayed with our 6 children and it was very fun! Will stay again!
