We booked last minute for a quick visit with family who live in the area. The staff were great with all our questions, even helping us find the parking space in the dark. The door is directly across from the elevator so it couldn't be easier! Each bedroom has a theme, parrots, flamingos and sea turtles, which was really fun and so comfortable. And the balcony is AMAZING!! We spent all our time out there on the comfortable furniture. It was the perfect place for us!The only con for us was the parking, which the hosts can't do anything to change. The lot is VERY tiny and narrow for a minivan. If you are in a regular car it would be easier. We highly recommend this stay!!

Home & view were incredible. Highly recommend. Only issue was total lack of information on check in day. No advance instructions on parking which created stress on day one. The special envelope suddenly appeared in the kitchen table a few hours after we arrived. Had no idea there was parking passes inside. After we paid 70 for the lot across the street.

Great place to stay

The property was as shown online. Loved the location and size of the condo. Loved that it had two king size beds and one queen size bed instead of bunk beds or twin beds like several places offer. We were all adults so the bed sizes were important.

One of the best condos we have ever booked!

This unit was perfect!! It was clean, comfy, and exactly as listed! The pool was nice as there were red flags every day we were there. No wait on the elevators made it even better as well as having a dedicated parking spot! The beds were comfy and the fans in the rooms were definitely a plus considering we have them at home! Thank you so much for sharing this unit with us! We will definitely book it again!

Wonderful vacation

While we did have a few issues when we first arrived at the condo - the property manager and everyone we talked to was very nice and helpful. All issues were resolved. It was a wonderful week. Will gladly go back again.

great balcony, plenty of room

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and the large balcony was wonderful. It was a close to the pool, but once the pool closes in the evening it was very peaceful sitting out there. The elevators are really slow, since this unit is on the 4th floor, we took the stairs most of the time so not too bad. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Girls Vacation

Wonderful trip. Panama City was clean, friendly, and we felt very safe. We were there during spring break and didn’t have a problem at all. The students we ran into on the property, and on the beach were very polite and friendly. Condo was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed it. Finding the proper parking ramp and spot could have been a smoother process. The map was provided to us after we checked in , parked, and entered the condo. Highly recommend this vacation spot and rental.

Condo was amazing, lots of room.

The condo was amazing and the views. We had a great time with family on the balcony ... however parking and the construction is a nightmare. The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is parking. If want to go on the beach youneed to bring the chairs they have up stairs because other wise you would have to rent the ones on the beach.

Great view, nice balcony to sit and view beach and ocean.

Loved the 4th floor location, not to high but yet high enough for great view. The reserved parking place was conveniently located to elevators. The condo was well stocked with what you need to prepare meals if you choose to. The only negative, the condo was clean with the exception of the floor. It appeared to be clean but if you walked with bare feet or with socks your feet would shows signs it apparently had not been moped. Overall enjoyed the stay, would definitely stay there again.

Good Location

Beautiful condo, location was great. We had to wait to check in cause the cleaning people were still there. The floors were not mopped, there was no hand soap in bathrooms, no clothes detergent, no dishwasher detergent and no extra garbage bags. With this said we were brought these items. There was a coffee pot but no coffee, so make a note to bring your own pods.

Great family vacation

The property was clean & comfortable. The had a few issues: The parking was difficult to figure out, as it was not specified how to find assigned parking spot. Difficult to get in and out of parking deck, and very narrow parking spaces. Gate code, to enter back from beach, was changed and we were not given code. Nice people were able to assist us and give us new code for the rest of our stay. Other than these 2 issues, the stay was wonderful.

Great Unit

Condo gorgeous. Everything and more you need to cook/eat. 3 reasons we would not stay here again: Parking extremely difficult (getting in and out of garage dangerous and difficult/spaces small), unit right over pool and noise so loud could not enjoy balcony except early hours of morning, tubs very slick with no grab bars. Not senior friendly.

Wonderful Week at this Condo

We loved our stay at this condo, it was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was even a chest outside with beach chairs and umbrellas to use. I liked that it was on the 4th floor because it was very easy to use the stairs and not wait on the elevators. The listing has bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, but there is only one queen bed. It didn't impact our stay, but don't book this expecting there to be bunk beds. The condo was in a great location! There was even a daiquiri shack right across the street and plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Walmart was also only a couple blocks away. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Honest review

Excellent location! Everything you want is either walking distance or a short drive - restaurants, shopping and especially the beach. Loved the 3 bed, 3 bath and well-stocked kitchen. Our only issue was that there was a miscommunication on their end and the unit had not been cleaned. They assured us it would be taken care of in a timely manner. We contacted them at 4:10 and the unit was finished at 9:33 p.m. The cleaning duo was awesome and did a really good job. We were refunded $200 for the inconvenience; we felt it should have been much more. After all of that, we would still recommend the unit.

Seating and cleaning

There was sand everywhere!! It didn't even seem like they swept. Then the condo sleeps 8, but there is only seating for 5 in the living room. Who puts 2 love seats and not a full couch in a condo that sleeps 8 people? The entire vacation we couldn't hang out together in the AC as an entire family because there wasn't enough seating. That was infuriating!

Great family vacation.

It was Great. Trying to locate someone when the room code did not work. That was a challenge. Thankful we had someone who was good a going through stuff to find that info. Also the last might someone was parked in our parking space with an old parking pass from our room. Our parking passes were for over flow and blue. This one was black. So when I called to get help the security phone number was no good. I called twice and got the same number. I had to park in someone's space. The floor of the condo needed to be mopped. Other than that it was Great.

Gorgeous view

The condo was great! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. There was even a huge beach umbrella, a couple of chairs, pool noodles, and beach toys to use which was super convenient. The balcony furniture was perfect. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the ocean. I was extremely grateful that we were on a lower floor because there were times when the elevators were too backed up or down and we were able to take the stairs. We really enjoyed the rental chairs on the beach. The attendant, Jamie, adjusted the umbrellas every time the sun moved. That was awesome! I read a lot of comments about the parking garage. It was a bit of a tight fit but the location of the parking spot is easy to pull into even in an SUV. The issues that we had during our stay were due to the management company. I emailed the management company on VRBO and directly with a few questions and received an auto-response stating that they had longer than normal response times and to text if it was urgent. It wasn't urgent so I didn't text but my email was never answered which is disappointing. Once we arrived at the condo the parking pass was not on the counter with the armbands. We called and received a parking pass for the wrong spot later that night. We finally received the correct parking spot the next day. I was very worried that we would be towed. Another day we arrived and someone was in our spot. We called the management company and were told they would check to be sure it wasn't housekeeping for another unit and would call us back. The car eventually moved but we never received a call back to tell us or to see if the issue was resolved. We also had a parking pass for a space in the overflow lot. When we went to park the lot was full and there were 3 cars without passes. We called the management company and security but never received call backs. We called the towing company but they said they had to be notified by management to tow. We eventually paid to park in the public lot. All in all, it was a good trip and the problems were disappointing but relatively minor.

Fabulous week at the beach

We had 7 people, and we were so pleased with the amount of space. Showing some signs of wear and tear, but the proximity to the beach, fabulous balcony, and central location made it easy to overlook. The parking and elevator situation was terrible, but I knew that ahead of time and really just required some patience and flexibility. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return again another time.
