Avenue des Violettes 250 m from the beach and 400 m from the heart of Moulleau, villa completely renovated in 2018. Big stay cooks of 50m2 with chimney fire of wood. Modern kitchen very well equipped. 5 rooms:
bedroom 1: separate bedroom with double bed 150 cm, en-suite shower room and toilet.
bedroom 2: bedroom with double bed 140 cm, en-suite shower room and toilet.
bedrooms 3 and 4: 1 with pull-out bed and 1 with 2 bunk beds sharing a bathroom
Bedroom 5: upstairs bedroom with 2 beds + 2 pull-out beds with en-suite shower room and WC.
Large exotic wood terrace partly covered with heated umbrella ideal for meals with friends or family, beautiful landscaped garden. Metal garden furniture / gas Weber BBQ / ping-pong table / board games / books / TV / WIFI.
