Beach front apartment on the first leve, ground level , no stairs and has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom.

Located in playa las ballenas, terrenas, Our apartment is 3 minute drive from the center of town. We are a beach front residence. Our apartment is in a great location and is in first floor beetwen the gardens and pool area . We have the most perfects views of the beach.

A very beautiful place and very clean. Beaches close by.
The home is very comfy for 4 people. Have beautiful gardens. we have security vigilance 24/7 The .neighborhood is quiet and residential. Very safe at night. supermarkets, beautiful beach, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.
