Fantastic ocean view with pool!

Mr. Maurizio, the owner, was extremely accommodating and helpful with all aspects of our stay. There was a beautiful covered outside eating area for 6 and a huge balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and 6 burners and a great view as you are washing dishes as well! We had 2 small dogs that were happy with the single level and several access points to the outside (from master bedroom and kitchen/living area). Lots of international channels and good wifi as well. We enjoyed visiting the nearby marina for cappuccino in the morning and gorgeous views of the water and beautiful yachts. Delicious pizza and gelato were available in the small town. Our only regret was not staying more than 1 week!

Schöne Lage, große Wohnung

Sehr schöner Pool, toller Meeresausblick. Die Anfahrt zum Gelände ist etwas abenteuerlich (sehr steil und kurvig), aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hat viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die hinteren Schlafzimmer lassen sich nur über Klimaanlage belüften, sind dann aber auch sehr angenehm. Ausstattung ist grundsätzlich ausreichend. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich insgesamt 5 Wohnungen, entsprechend kann es teilweise etwas voll werden (bezüglich Autos auf dem Gelände bzw. Personen im Pool). Aber es hat sich über die Dauer hinweg dann verteilt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hat kleinere Reparaturen sofort ausgeführt und stand immer für Anfragen zur Verfügung. Hat sich große Mühe gegeben, dass alle einen angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt haben. Es gab sogar an einem Abend ein sehr netten Klavier-Kontert :) Unterhalb des Grundstückes befindet sich eine lange Fahrradstraße. Ca. 1km entfernt liegt ein Kiesstrand. Etwas weiter in den angrenzenden Orten (2-3km) sind schöne Sandstrände. Tagesausflüge nach Imperia, Sanremo, Dolcedo, Nizza und Monaco sind empfehlenswert.

Da migliorare...

Abbiamo riscontrato una serie di problemi che purtroppo rendono il soggiorno non soddisfacente. Iniziamo dalla dotazione cucina mancante di piatti fondi e tazzine da caffè , il proprietario anziché comunicare che avrebbe provveduto, ha polemizzato sul fatto che essendo gli ospiti per lo più stranieri, hanno l'abitudine di mangiare la pasta nel piatto piano e bere il caffè nelle tazze da latte... Poi ha provveduto , però che fatica ...siamo passati noi per strani! Inoltre l'appartamento non poteva essere chiuso perché le serrature non funzionavano... il proprietario ha "risolto " inserendo sulla persiana un lucchetto ... Non abbiamo mai svuotato le valigie perché gli armadi odoravano di muffa, i coprimaterassi avevano altri problemi, macchie estese ....Non va bene!! ....La nota positiva la location , vista sicuramente spettacolare, ma non basta... Consigliamo al proprietario di prestare maggiore attenzione , perché non è sufficiente il panorama ..

Everything was perfect

Küche- Ess- und Wohnraum sind ein Raum, die Doppelstockbetten stehen in einem Flur, nicht in einem Raum, das hintere Zimmer mit Doppelbett hat kein Fenster, sondern nur einen Lichtschacht, daher riecht es modrig und ist feucht, Besteck und Geschirr waren nicht sauber, das Gefrierfach nicht leer. Am Herd fielen die Drehknöpfe ab, der Grill war dreckig und unbenutzbar, Internet kostet extra Der Pool ist klein , aber sehr schön. Aussicht super, an der Straße guter Rad- und Fussweg

Un angolo di pace sulla costa ligure

Appartamento 132. Casa Aregai. Homeway 1651517 Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa ha gli spazi molto ben organizzati e viverci in cosi' tanti e' stato semplice. Eravamo un gruppo familiare dagli 8 agli 80 anni e tutti abbiamo apprezzato gli spazi, la brezza, la vista e tutto cio' che questo soggiorno ci ha permesso di fare. La presenza di due bagni e' una gran fortuna, che ha reso ancora migliore la convivenza. La cucina e' sufficientemente attrezzata e lo spazio esterno e' davvero piacevole per pranzi e cene, o semplicemente per stare tranquilli a leggere in libro. La piscina e' un'altra cosa molto positiva. E' in comune tra I vari appartamenti ma noi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere orari diversi dagli altri ospiti. Noi la usavamo il mattino e loro il pomeriggio, quindi e' sempre stato tranquillo. Ogni appartamento ha la possibilita' di parcheggiare a propria auto. Il Sig. Maurizio e' un proprietario molto cortese e premuroso. La sua abitazione e' nello stesso complesso quindi per ogni necessita' e' facile raggiungerlo. Qualsiasi informazione abbiate bisogno sulla zona, lui sara' ben felice di darvela. Il paesino di Santo Stefano e' piccolo ma carino e con tutto cio' che puo' servire, inclusi buoni ristoranti, anche per asporto. Sesi creca qualcosa di piu', l'animata Arma di Taggia e' a 10 minuti di macchina. Ci sono diverse spiagge libere che si raggiungono in auto in pochi minuti. A luglio non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovare parcheggio non a pagamento. L'uso della macchina e' consigliato. Per recarsi in spiaggia a piedi bisogna sapere che la strada per ritornare a casa e' breve ma parecchio in salita. Consiglio sicuramente l'abitazione a chi e' in cerca di una vacanza tranquilla e di relax.

Great villa for families with children

The villa was as described with all the amenities mentioned. It is located on a hill, so you could feel a lovely breeze in the mornings and evenings. The sea view was astonishing, but the best part for us was the shared pool where the children played freely. The owner was very helpful, even offered to take all of us to the train station on the day we left. I would highly recommend this villa.

Lungt och fint i Ligurien!

Kan verkligen rekomendera detta ställe och det är perfekt för familjer med barn. Lägenheten är del av en villa, och det finns totalt 4 lägenheter i villan. Hyresvärden Maurizio är enormt hjälpsam och han bor i ett hus brevid. Eftersom villan ligger lite utanför (2 km) så är bil ett måste. Magnifik utsikt över hamnen i santo stefano. Tryggt och bra för den som kanske hyr sitt första hus via homeaway. Att det inte blir en femma, beror egentligen på smådetaljer som lite slöa köksknivar, en trasig utemöbel samt att det ibland var lite dåligt tryck i duschen. Men det är med råge ett mycket bra boende. Vi skulle inte ha något emot att återvända hit.

A great holiday by the sea

We stayed in this beautiful and spacious apartment last summer for a week and I wished we had stayed longer. The view is superb and the veranda outside the apartment is where we had our meals and the perfect spot to enjoy the view of the boats passing by and the starry sky at night. This apartment is very close to the pool which is shared among the other apartments. It was never too busy and we found it perfect for our 4 years old daughter. The house is situated at the top of a very steep hill so if you want to reach the cycling path and then the beach on foot you need to take this into consideration. The village of Santo Stefano is full of charm with plenty of restaurants and gelaterie to choose from. San Remo, which is a bigger lively town is only 15 minutes driving and if you would like you could actually reach it by bike through the cycling path. Maurizio is a fantastic host, friendly, discrete and efficient. He makes sure that the house and the kitchen in particular is well equipped and he really does his best to accomodate every guest's needs. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

The view from the apartment is beautiful and the swimming pool is great for children and adults. The apartment is lovely, spacious and well-equipped! The owner is extremely attentive and welcoming. We have had a wonderful holiday here for two weeks and would recommend it to anyone, particularly families with young children. There are many places to visit and the nearest beach is only five minutes away by foot. Alassio and Sanremo are very picturesque and excellent for shopping. The locals are very friendly. Clare

Underbar utsikt över havet med gott om plats för hela familjen. Bekvämt boende med fin pool, nära till havet och pittoreska italienska småstäder. Bostaden var ordentligt städad vid ankomst och ägaren möte upp oss direkt samt visade oss runt. Vi fick bra tips från ägaren om vad man kan se och göra och han var städigt på plats för att hjälpa till. Vi saknade inget förutom kanske en lite uppfräschning av köksredskap. Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende!

Sehr schöner Meeresblick, herrliches Haus.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, die Lage herrlich, es gibt eine herrliche Aussicht von der Terrasse zum Meer. Man sieht den Hafen und den Badestrand, die zu Fuss schnell zu erreichen sind. Der Service ist sehr schnell und sehr gut. Alles wir gleich erledigt. Der Pool ist schön und Sauber. Alles bestens, gerne kommen wir wieder. Schöne Gegend, mit Ausflügen nach San Remo, Alassio etc. Man kann in etlichen Restaurants gut und günstig essen. Empfehlenswert für Familien, aber sehr ruhige Lage. Die Strasse ist nicht zu hören..

Aangename locatie met zicht op zee

Mooi appartement met alle nodige comfort: afwasmachine, airco, wasmachine, ... Fantastisch mooi uitzicht op haventje Aregai Marina. Zwembad met verlichting en zicht op zee. Goede bereikbaarheid mits een ervaren chauffeur want steile helling. Gezellig strandje op wandelafstand. Eigenaar is heel behulpzaam. Prijs-kwaliteit zeker de moeite waard.
