This beautiful 3rd floor condo is situated downtown in an ideal spot for anyone who wants to be within very easy walking distance of City Market, River Street and the entire Historic District of Savannah. The big beautiful windows are perfect for people watching.
This residential condo building is above the Banana Republic Store. Broughton Street is literally right outside the building door with Urban Outfitters, Nourish, World of Beer, Flying Monk Noodle Bar, Goose Feathers, Leopold's Ice Cream and so much more. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pullout twin cot for person #5. Enjoy your perch above the city chaos with soaring ceilings, exposed Savannah Grey Brick walls and gorgeous historic windows that allow you to people watch over one of the busiest shopping and dining areas downtown. The two bedrooms are separated, lying on either side of the hallway. Each has a real door. A new leather sofa, flat screen TV and open-concept kitchen makes the the perfect central hub for your group.
We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.
Guests please be aware: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Parking, location, communication, cleanliness were all excellent. The only complaint was the outside/street noises to all hours of the night/morning. Great walking distance to everything around.
It was clean inside and right in the heart of Savannah! No need for a car rental. Definitely ask local bartenders on places to see and things to do, that was a huge help becuase there’s so much to do!
We loved this loft. It was so close to all the activities for the St Patrick’s Day festivities. It was very clean and had had all of the paper products that we needed. I would recommend hooks in the small bathroom to hang your towels on. The only negative was the outside noise so bring your earplugs..I’m sure that the fact that it was St Patrick’s weekend did not help with the sirens from 3-4 am on Saturday night. We would definitely stay here again!!
May I make a suggestion? I was not aware you had to keep the parking key card with you until you checked out the condo. It would be great if that would have been included in the email that I should take the parking key card to get out of the garage. So we had to go back to the condo, get the key card to get out of the garage and then take it back up before we left.
What an adorable place in a top location. The home is just beautiful with it's oldtown Savannah charm. Location couldn't be much better. Everything you need to see is in walking distance. The home was clean and well maintained. Communication with the host excellent.
Could not have asked for a better location to stay..close to everything..condo was decorated beautifully..old building so hallway to condo could use a face lift but our stay was great! Nice perk also to have parking for 1 car included and conveniently located to condo building
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Yes, there was some noise outside on Friday and Saturday nights, but not enough to really bother any of us. I'd definitely stay here again.
Great location. Good communication before hand and afterwards. Some cleanliness concerns. Stove looked like someone had just cooked bacon on it, splatters all over knobs. Can lights in kitchen worked first few days and then quit and blinds in dining room area (very large window facing another large building with a lot of windows) in very poor condition. Would not close. All knotted up.
We took a weekend getaway to Savannah and we loved our stay. Location was perfect and the right amount space for our party of four. Would definitely stay again!
Prime location in close proximity to a lot of bars, restaurants, and parks, but can be noisey at night. Very walkable. The management company was easy to contact and very responsive. The use of the parking garage was essential. Would definitely rent again & recommend to others.
