Rent your own private luxury villa during your vacation in Thailand! Child friendly house 5 km south of Hua Hin city center (Municipality office) in a newly developed area. Massage, cleaning etc can be arranged. Closest Tesco is about 1km away, along with some local restaurants and an amazing Thai market that has everything from fresh fruit, vegetables, seafood, meet, street food etc. Closest beach is 2km west of the area and is called Takiab beach, the distance is about the same to the main beach but we prefer Takiab.
Large terrace under ceiling. Private pool. Carport. Pool, terrace and garden is situated on the back of the house and have complete privacy.
4 bedrooms, with large 180cm beds for 2 persons, 3 bathrooms with shower and WC, washing machine. Air Conditions and fans in all bedrooms, fans in kitchen, living room and on the terrace.
Modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric + gas stove, oven. Refrigerator and freezer. The house is fully furnished.
Taxi can be arranged from Bangkok for 2500 Baht regular car / 3500 Baht minibus. Electricity is NOT included in the price, normal usage is around 2000baht per week including nightly aircon. If you leave AC etc on 24-7 then it can raise severely. 10.000baht deposit is paid upon arrival, this will be returned when you depart minus electricity charges and a minor water fee. There is a meter on the plot so you can easily track your consumption.
