This stunning home is located directly on the 15th tee box of Hazeltine National Golf Course. It features a beautiful 1.3 acre yard, that has direct walking access to the course. This home is perfect for family get togethers, time with friends, or a quiet romantic getaway. There is plenty of space for entertaining and lounging. Including a spacious sunroom and bar overlooking the backyard, beautiful sunsets, and the course. The deck is complete with a gas grill and patio furniture. It has a new hot tub in the backyard as well (only open spring, summer, and fall). Great retreat for privacy, a romantic getaway, family time, girls/guys weekend, holidays, or entertaining!
This home is within 6 miles to Enki Brewing and Excelsior Brewing Company. Schram Winery and other wineries in the Waconia area are about 15 miles away. Winery tours are also available and they will pick you up at the house. Paisley Park is less than 2 miles away, where you can tour Prince’s home.
