Après avoir fait l'objet d'une rénovation approfondie, Millpond est une maison de bains moderne de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains donnant sur des vues spectaculaires vers le continent. La maison peut accueillir 8 adultes confortablement. Deux chambres ont des lits queen-size et la troisième chambre a deux lits superposés. Les grandes portes coulissantes et les fenêtres dans les espaces de vie et la chambre des maîtres offrent des vues sensationnelles sur la belle plage de Hog Bay et Penneshaw.

Millpond est à seulement 25 mètres d'une plage de sable blanc propre, ce qui est idéal pour les familles et les activités nautiques. Une terrasse et d'un barbecue spacieuses installations permet pour la détente ou de divertissement décontracté et une cuisine entièrement équipée sur mesure assure que vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à portée de main. Ouvrir le plan vivre avec des appareils et des meubles modernes et 2 salles de bains modernes pour garantir un séjour confortable. Tout le linge - y compris les serviettes de plage - inclus dans le cadre de votre séjour. Parfait pour une ou deux familles.

Nous sommes heureux d'annoncer que nous offrons maintenant une WI-FI gratuite dans toute la maison pour vous tenir connecté pendant votre séjour.

Un jardin bien entretenu avec le nettoyage extérieur des poissons facilite et beaucoup de places de stationnement pour les voitures et les bateaux font de Millpond un cadre idéal pour les pêcheurs à la ligne parmi vous.

Situé dans le joli village balnéaire de Penneshaw, Millpond surplombe Backstairs Passage et fait face à la partie continentale du Sud Australie. What an amazing place Millpond is. Its modern, clean, well equipped, has great views of beach, is walking distance to all amenities and a great base to explore the island of KI. Host were very informative and email communication was outstanding. Why would you stay anywhere else.

Property was lovely with a great view.Good communication from host from booking right through.Kitchen & all other facilities well appointed.We did have to clean up ants in the dining area on 2 occasions (perhaps needs an ant treatment)Also the coffee machine was not cleaned before our visit & the 2nd bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable & dipped to the middle, we turned it around which did help a little.Otherwise, a lovely relaxing stay.Would recommend to future guests.KI is a lovely place, particularly the national park in the west.

We stayed at Millpond for a few nights to celebrate a family reunion on the Island. It was a perfect venue for four adults and two children. It is only a two-minute walk to the beach, a ten-minute walk to the centre of town, and a three-minute drive to the ferry terminal. The living space is fresh and modern, opening up onto the beautiful vista of Hog Bay. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is an excellent laundry with a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a clothes line out the back. The two full bathrooms make it ideal for larger groups. It was delightful being able to sit and eat cheese and drink wine on the patio. The host Eddie was outstanding to deal with. He was always prompt in communicating and flexible and accommodating when our circumstances changed. We would love to come back one day and would 10/10 recommend it to our friends and family.

Just perfect

Have just had the best holiday on Kangaroo Island staying at Millpond in Penneshaw. Eddie our host was amazing and very accomodating. The house has beautiful views and is very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Fantastic Vacation

We had an absolutely fabulous time in Kangaroo and our accommodation in Penneshaw was perfect. The house is in the perfect location with terrific views We were very comfortable and the house had everything you could need and more. We will definitely be back!

Just delightful

The location was good near the ferry across the street from the water. Clean, comfortable with nice views. The manage emailed several days of activities which was helpful.

Perfection in Penneshaw

Millpond is a perfectly appointed holiday home. It was an absolute delight to stay here and it will be the first place I look on my next trip to KI. All the little details are there - platters, spices, tools for seafood, puzzles/books for rainy days. The front verandah was a lovely place to relax, watch the dolphins, birds and see the wallabies :)

The most perfect house with beautiful views

We couldn’t have asked for a better house than Millpond! It had everything we could possible want and Eddie and Rhonda were so helpful! The views to the white sandy beach were stunning and KI was the most heavenly place. Definitely will come back!

Holiday of memories with girlfriends

Loved this holiday experience with longtime girlfriends. The house was excellent. Loved the 2 full bathrooms as we had a girlfriend with a moon boot on and legally blind so was very easy for her to find her way around with easy access.

Best holiday home we’ve stayed at with amazing views over the bay! :) 5star!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Millpond. The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking. It was so much better than I was anticipating. The house was presented beautifully, immaculately clean and had absolutely everything you could need whilst on holiday. Would highly recommend this house for a very relaxing stay on KI. We will be back again :).
