Great stay

It’s always great to return to Primrose Cottage in Albury. Gayle is fantastic with communication before our stay and the property is always clean.Great location with walking distance to town center. Rooms and spacious, with comfy beds. Everything available for a great home stay.

Great location and host

A group of friends stayed for a reunion in town. Gayle was wonderful to deal with and was very helpful and accomodating. The location was excellent. Supermarket, pasta and wine bar and hotels all within easy walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood and house had plenty of character. Off street parking was a plus also.

Lovely little cottage

Arrival at the property was very straight forward with clear instructions provided by the host. Cottage was comfortable with plenty of space for two families. Location was ideal for exploring the area.

Always room for improvement in anything hence 4 stars

We first booked Primrose cottage 12mths ago, then we were asked to move to Nathan cottage I can't remember why, then we ended up at bluebell cottage because the people staying in Nathan wanted to spend another night which would have been our first night. Bluebell cottage was the same configuration as the others I believe. It was disappointing being moved so many times to accommodate others to find that there was no air conditioner at the end of the house where the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were it was very hot! Also, the tap over the kitchen sink leaked and the bathroom basin tap continually leaked. I am sure this will be rectified after feedback as the property manager was very nice to speak with. The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely home in great central location

Primrose Cottage was ideal for our weekend away with 5 friends. Warm, comfy beds, quiet, virtually everything we needed. Walking distance to great pub and central business area. Would happily stay again.

Perfect Location

Perfectly located walking distance to Albury town centre, this was very much a home away from home. It is spacious and comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Excellent location

The property is 15 minutes walk from the vibrant town centre which os great. Two large bedrooms with a queen bed and a small bedroom with tow single beds. An extra room with one single bed is not in the main house and doesnt have heating/cooling. The second bathroom is also outside the main house and not really useful in winter at least. There is a bbq but we couldn't find any utensils to use or stuff to clean it. We arrived at 10pm and it took 24hours for the house to warm up so it will be nice if they can turn on the heater on cold winter nights ehen they have a booking. Nonetheless it is a lovely cottage and we loved staying there. Thank you

Perfect Albury stay

Property was exactly what we were expecting. Warm and cosy and it comfortably housed everyone. Parking was easy and short nice walk down the street into the main street. So reasonably priced for the very comfortable place we got! Would stay again!

Pretty Primrose

We had a great stay - the cottage is lovely, the location was close to the town centre & yet still very quiet. Everything we needed was provided & it was wonderful to arrive on a cold autumn evening & find the heating had been turned on for us.

Family holiday

We’ve stayed at Primrose Cottage a number of times when visiting family in Albury/Wodonga. This time we had four generations holidaying together. The house is always welcoming. Clean, well equipped with everything you would need and centrally positioned, so ideal to walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Executive Cottage is managed by its owners Maurie and Gayle and we believe this is what sets us apart from the rest.

Previous to being in the accommodation industry, Maurie and Gayle owned a large company that operated along the east coast of Australia, from Melbourne to Brisbane and everywhere inbetween, so naturally there was a lot of travelling involved.

After staying in many motels and hotels we felt we had a first-hand understanding of what people miss while they are away.

In light of this Executive Cottages was established to provide tastefully renovated, fully furnished cottages for either short or long term accommodation. Most importantly, each cottage has extremely comfortable beds.

Whether you’re travelling to Albury Wodonga for Business or Pleasure we’re sure you’ll be both comfortable and happy with your stay.
