Clean, plenty of space, well maintained comfortable cottage that encourages serenity and well-being! Close to everything which helped keep us all at ease and happy to wander knowing the wombat cottage was awaiting our return; our home away from home.

6 adults and a 5 month old baby stayed for family wedding spread over the week. Great outdoor area. Ceiling fans in bedrooms was perfect. Airconditioning in kitchen meals area worked a treat. Stay was seamless. Would stay again without hesitation.

Practical Christmas stay

Wombat Cottage is a great place for a family stay, especially if you want to bring your dog also. Everything is provided that you need, it was very clean and tidy and hosts Amanda and Dan made us feel welcome and were very accommodating to all queries. Comfy beds and the ceiling fans kept the place cool even on the warmer days. The back yard is very safe and secure for your dog.

A pleasant stay

Amanda was great with communication and even offered early check in as cleaning was completed early. The place was like the pictures, warm, welcoming. Beautiful bathroom, toys for the kids to play with and it even had a Christmas tree up inside. Instructions were clear regarding checking in and wifi and the home even had a hair dryer available to use. The house was completely set up ready to go. Would stay again.

The Bill Turner Soccer Tournament

As promised - First class for the inside presentation. Not a dust particle to be seen. Very cosy with fab underfloor heating. Amanda and Dan were very pleasant, and helpful. We would be very happy to have the opportunity to stay at Wombat Cottage again.

Wombat Cottage

This was a great cottage, roomy and warm and we stayed with pets as I was down for a competition weekend. It was clean and the hosts were fabulous but we had a few issues with things the cleaners hadn't done but it didn't impact the stay. Would highly recommend this cottage especially if travelling with pets. Better instructions required for the TV , it seems to be controlled by the wifi or internet and we couldn't find the normal channels so no tv for the length of our stay but probably should have contacted the owner. We will be back

Comfortable and convenient cottage

We had a very comfortable stay at Wombat cottage. The yard was excellent for our dogs and a great off leash dog park is just around the corner. The bed was comfortable and the traffic noise was not a problem as the shutter worked well. We struggled with getting the TV to stream and appreciated Amanda coming over with her son to help out. It was easy to get into the CBD and the nearby shopping centre.

Lovely cottage with easy access to town

The cottage provided everything a family needs for a weeks stay. Comfortable beds, kitchen set up was great and fitted the whole family in easily. Short trip to get to the main streets of Albury. Highly recommend for a family needing a base for a stay.
