The Sea Shells Beach House is located walking distance from the beach, Dawn Cafe and the Ocean Grove Hotel Bistro. The beach is 400 meters away at the end of the street. Dawn Cafe has outside tables with water bowls for your furry friend and excellent coffee. A lot of customers comment on how great the cafe is. The Ocean Grove Hotel is also walking distance and includes a family bistro with large outside area which is great for summer.

The house is a very comfortable 3 bedroom home that sleeps 8 people (maximum 6 adults or a combination of adults and children making up 8 people). The house includes an undercover outdoor entertaining area with a full size BBQ, a spa bath in the bathroom and a wood fired heater for those cold wintery nights. A reverse cycle air conditioner is great for the warmer weather, and heats in the winter. The queen bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans above the beds.

Free unlimited internet access with Fetch TV and Netflix(in main bedroom as well as in lounge room). The lounge room includes 3 comfortable leather couches, a large flat screen LED TV, Blu Ray/DVD player and an mp3 compatible stereo. One Queen bedroom also includes a large smart TV and Blu Ray player so the kids can watch DVD's in the bedroom while the adults relax in front of the fire. The fully equipped kitchen is a very generous size and includes a dishwasher.

The property has undercover parking and a very secure yard for children or pets. The front of the property has a high fence with gates, so children or pets are able to safely roam right around the property. For the kids there are toys and books in the bunk room, and in the backyard there is a good quality swing set, and wooden cubby house set up with table and chairs and a play kitchen. For those with babies there is a porta cot, quilt for play time on the floor, a bouncer, a baby bath and a change mat.

Ocean Grove shops (including shoes, homewares and ladies fashion shops) cafes, large supermarkets and the main patrolled beach are a short drive away. For those who enjoy a hit of golf, there are 7 quality courses within half an hours drive.

Apologies but we do not accommodate schoolies groups.

Sleeping Arrangements

All three bedrooms are very large and have plenty of room for suitcases and other items such as toys or porta cots. There are two Queen bedrooms and one large bunk bedroom with two bunk beds (bunk room sleeps 4). All bedrooms include oil fin heaters for the chilly nights, and fans for the warmer nights.

Beds are supplied with a mattress protector, uncovered doona's, protected uncovered pillows and an extra blanket. You can choose to bring your own sheets, doona covers and pillow cases, or we can make up the beds with our linen for $50 per QB and $30 per SB.
