Bayshore Beach Retreat

Lovely spacious and peaceful holiday home right in the heart of Clifton Springs. Brightly lit 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with gorgeous views of the bay and moments from the beach and Clifton Springs Foreshore Reserve. Enjoy a swim or take a walk along the shore with beautiful sweeping views of the water. Only minutes from The Dell Park and Beach, Clifton Springs Golf Course, boat ramp and a short drive from the picturesque Drysdale township, convenient access to local shops and supermarkets.
The space
Our home is the perfect base to explore the Bellarine Peninsula including local wineries, the Bellarine Railway and hiking tracks. Local top attractions include the Curlews Golf Club- one of Australia's top golf courses with includes a mini golf and driving range, the award- winning Jack Rabbit winery in Bellarine and the beautiful bayside town of Portarlington where you can sample their famous locally sourced mussels. We are also a short drive to other coastal resort towns of St Leonards, Queenscliff, Point Lonsdale, Barwon Heads and Ocean Grove, and only a 20 minute drive to central Geelong.

Beautifully presented and fully equipped with everything you need including fridge, microwave, toaster, laundry machine, central heating systems to all rooms, individual air conditioning (cooling) units in dining room, controlled ceiling fans in master bedroom plus family room, and two roomy living spaces with smart TV and wifi included. Master bedroom includes king bed with modern ensuite and separate bedrooms include 1x queen bed and 2 single beds- comfortably sleeps 6 and perfect for the whole family or friends. Elevated spacious grassy backyard also equipped with outdoor seating and leisure space with a veggie patch.

Our lovely stay

Thanks Jay for a fabulous time away. My partner, my friends and our dog Ted all had a lovely time. The weather was not kind but the accommodation was warm, cosy, spacious, immaculate and helped us all to unwind. You made use all feel welcome and your communication was second to none. Clifton Springs Getaway

We had a great stay, house was clean and has everything you needed. Location was great as we were going on the Q Train which was only 5 mins drive away. We were all very comfortable including our dog and would highly recommend this stay for a weekend getaway.

Fantastic stay

We stayed here for a wedding at the nearby Jack Rabbit winery and it was absolutely perfect. We were a group of 6 adults and the house is big enough that we weren’t tripping over each other and it’s pet friendly. Very clean and in a quiet location. The communication with the host was excellent. Thanks Jay for a wonderful weekend away at your property and I’m sure we’ll stay there again to explore more of the area.

Everything was great, very spacious, we just lived in the kitchen family room area as there was only three adults. We didn’t even use the lounge room, perfect for families with children, close to the water and only twenty minutes into Geelong, close to other tourist places.

Weekend Away

The property was lovely with lots of little touches to make you feel like you were at home. Everything was so clean, the house was warm and cosy and there was plenty of room. Our little dog loved the garden which was safe and secure for him. Thank you for a lovely stay

Great stay!

Really enjoyed our long weekend in Clifton Springs. The house was so nice and so much bigger than I thought. Amazing views from the lounge room and master and super close to everything you need. Easy access to beaches and coastal walks. Super dog friendly, and had everything we needed. Jay was such a great host, communication was great and check in process was super easy. We will definitely be back!
