Summary:
This well presented home is in an ideal position situated between the beach and golf course. Stroll down to the beach or if feeling energetic have a game of golf.

The house consists of a lounge area with an open fire place, open kitchen/dining area. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom 2 wc and a bungalow containing a bedroom and kitchen/sitting area. A fully fenced back yard.

Linen and towels only supplied with Grand Prix bookings
No schoolies bookings accepted guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or adult.

Great location.

An older house but had everything we needed.Easy walk to a swimming spot and the main drag. Short drive to a boat ramp.

WSBK weekend.

Older property, but very clean and functional. Had everything required for an enjoyable stay, would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Run down

The property was not livable, the window frame in the lounge room was rotted with visual site of termites. The Whole house smelt of mould etc, the shower was sprouting water from the wall. The front door wouldn’t lock with the key the back door you had to really slam it to close it, the kitchen floor was on a slant. The whole property needed to be knocked down. It was terrible. Contacted the Real Estate agent who immediately placed us into an another property.

Location bless

Great location. The property was old and charming but it wasn’t clean. As a family you need a clean bath : bathroom needs to be clean and unfortunately we had to clean it before we used it. Other than that the property was great.

Great for all ages

Great location (beach at the end of the street, 20ish min walk to main strip); great for our needs (bungalow out the back for teens); Fireplace plus plenty of other heating options in winter. Great winter getaway!

Impressive little Holiday Cottage

Great location, clean, and had everything you could think of. The fire place ready to light and wood supplied was a bonus. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a lovely Easter break.

Location great, house comfortable enough but very old & smelly.

The location of the property was excellent, close to beach, golf course and Cowes centre. It was furnished well to make it comfortable enough and it was kept clean. The backyard was great. However it was extremely old and smelled very musty despite air fresheners hidden everywhere. The exterior was made almost completely of asbestos and dilapidated, there’s good reason the exterior photos are slightly out of focus in the ad and there are no photos of the bathroom. Overall it was overpriced for what it was.

Quiet beachside neighbourhood

Nice roomy house with plenty of space inside and out. Fireplace with wood supplied was an unexpected bonus. 20 min walk to centre of town, highly recommend
