Beautiful 2 bed 2 Bath Condo located on 5th floor in complex with multiple elevators. Fully furnished in unit washer and dryer with covered parking. Wifi, two cable TV’s, and all amenities to make you feel at home. This condo is five minutes from restaurants and entertainment in downtown Fort Myers. 20 minutes to the beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Ft Myers. Located in a peaceful, private, quiet complex just a few steps from the pool. Concrete construction provides quiet quarters, privacy. Master unit has two queen beds and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The dining room seats 6 and the living room is furnished for comfort with cable TV. The screened lanai is perfect for dining and relaxing. No pets no smoking. Discount rates for rentals of four months or more. Maximum occupancy is Four. Convenient covered parking not far from elevators. Minimum 30 day rental requires $150 application and background check.

A wonderful respite

We could not have asked for a friendlier place to stay! The condo was well equipped and extremely comfortable. Our host June was delightful and handled every need. The pool at the condo was wonderfully warm and the scuffle board looked like lots of fun. If you are looking for a hardy welcome and inclusive activities offered by the association this is the place for you.

The property is extremely well maintained, great pool, great location for restaurants, the people who own here made us feel life family. Very safe neighborhood, our own covered parking stall. Wonderful Home Away From Home

June and Ron were fabulous, friendly hosts and were always around if we needed anything or had any questions. The unit was fully furnished and well equipped with everything from kitchen items, to linens, shampoo and laundry soap, to anything you needed for a beach outing. It was a very clean and comfy condo and met all of our traveller needs. The bedrooms were a very good size and the beds were comfortable. The location of the unit was fabulous, and it was very easy to get around. We would definitely recommend it to others, and would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable

We were so grateful for the hospitality of June and her husband. This condo was centrally located and near to ball parks and shopping as well as a shorter drive to beaches. It is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Condo dwellers were friendly and inviting. We got away each morning from this area and took a safe walk around the Fort Myers golf course and nearby residential areas. I would recommend this vrbo to a couple and/or family with older children. Our teens were happy here. Small children would be comfortable also.

June was sweet and nice to us the whole stay

I traveled to Fort Myers to meet my fiancé on his work trip. My cousin and her husband attended with me. We had such a great time and the host was very lovely and tentative towards us. The neighborhood is more so for elders. However, we didn’t plan to make a lot of noise anyways. Will be booking again if we have to travel back to Fort Myers. Thanks for everything.

Great Escape!

Our escape from this northern winter couldn't have been better! The condo was clean, well furnished (right down to the laundry detergent and dishwasher soap!) Beds were comfortable. The lanai relaxing. The pool was beautiful, The people we met were friendly and welcoming! We were directed to great groceries (Publix) and near shopping (Edison Mall). While chain restaurants were plenty along Hwy 41, we had some problems locating great restaurants. And we needed to travel to have great views -- although the grounds were well maintained and the flowers beautiful We enjoyed trips to Punta Gorda, Fort Myers Beach, and Sannibel/Captiva. And the weather cooperated during our two week Stay. Thanks, June and Ron, for a wonderful vacation!

Very nice place, great host

June was an excellent host, very accommodating and helpful. The place is a very clean, 2 BR, 2 bath. Not super large but it had everything that we needed. Good location close to major roads but yet in a quiet residential setting. I recommend June's place wholeheartedly.
