El patio trasero grande y parcialmente cercado es ideal para la mayoría de los deportes familiares (cricket, fútbol, rugby)

La casa es de planta abierta con 4 dormitorios en el nivel superior con capacidad para 8 personas, decoración moderna y todos los lujos de una propiedad de primera clase; cocina totalmente equipada con cafetera, salón con chimenea y TV LCD de 50 pulgadas, DVD y sonido envolvente, sala de juegos con TV de 40 pulgadas, play station, mesa de billar de tamaño completo y chimenea, ventiladores de techo, gran terraza cerrada de malla con barbacoa y entorno exterior para 8.

Ropa de cama nueva, vajilla, cubertería, vasos, muebles suaves y persianas.

Se proporciona té, café, azúcar, papel de cocina, sal y pimienta, papel higiénico, jabón líquido, detergente para lavar platos y polvo. Juegos de mesa, juegos de play station, libros, columpios de árboles y baño resbaladizo están disponibles para usar durante su estadía. Se proporcionan doonas, mantas y almohadas, sin embargo, la ropa de cama (sábanas, fundas de almohadas, toallas de baño y de playa) no está incluida. Se puede proporcionar ropa de cama por un cargo adicional.

Perfect Everything!!

House was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. Incredible views and so peaceful. Best location for anyone wanting to experience the a Hawkesbury River. Could not fault our stay and will definitely be back.

Kingsview - spacious house, gorgeous views

The spacious and comfortable house was well appointed, especially the kitchen. Great having two living and dining areas.The pool table was a hit. The jetty and pontoon practical and time saving for boat mooring. The views were wonderful - the river and surrounding greenery.Larissa and Luke great to deal with - thank you!

Beautiful view and peaceful

We spent xmas here. The weather was perfect and we had a great time with kids. The place was very clean and we had everything in the house for a long stay.

Excellent set up !

House was roomy, spacious, private pontoon helped a lot. Little things such as coffee pods, tea, soaps and shampoos and all linen made such a nice difference. We were very happy !

Well Equiped holiday home!!!

It rained badly and we were stuck in the house. But the place had so much fun things to do including Billiard, Table Tennis, Games, BBQ, Reading Materials, Movies we did not care. We had a wonderful time

Enjoyable Weekend - Great House

The house is well equipped with everything you'll need and Larissa is more than accommodating for all requests. House is in a great spot, nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away of skiing. Definitely recommend and can't wait to be back.

Such a great location!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at kings view. Amazing location away from it all, boat ramp and pontoon were put to good use. House itself is well appointed and heaps of things to keep the crowd occupied. Instructions etc were very useful and it's a must for us to return to hopefully before too soon.

Fabulous House

Great getaway....

Great place to get way from it all.... fantastic spot, great views and the house had everything you need. The jetty got a good workout during the day and the pool table & fire pit got a good work out at night!! So close but so far away from it all!!

great place for a relaxing break

We recently stayed at Kings View with 2 other couples. The house was big and confortable enough for all of us. It is extremely well set up with everything you could possibly need . The furnishings are modern and makes for a very comfortable stay. The views from both floors are beautiful. Loved the early mornings listening to the different sounds of the various birds.Have already recommended Kings View to everyone I have seen since our stay. Great value as well.

Great Sydney Get away for all ages

We have just returned from a weekend stay at the delightful Kings View and are now counting the days until we return. The home is comfortable and very well appointed accommodating two families with ease. Our group especially appreciated the multiple living and outdoor areas allowing different groups to carry on noisy activities without disturbing those enjoying the views and tranquillity. Our group had children ranging in age from 14 to 5 and I was concerned that at least one child of the five would be bored – this could not have been further from the truth. With the river on the doorstep the older kids fished and swam while the younger ones played on the large lawn and tyre swing. Extra bonuses include two large screen TV’s, comfortable and clean couches, BBQ and screened in porch. Great value for money!! Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home!

Absolute hidden gem!!

Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely property. It is such a beautiful place, the views are amongst the best anywhere in the world. The house has a lovely feel from the moment you walk in, it is very comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. There is nothing more we could have asked for, loved the coffee machine and all the necessities you provide make for a carefree stay. We will definatly book again, just loved our weekend.

Wonderful time at Kings View

We recently had a wonderful long weekend at Kings View with our 4 adult children and 2 partners. The house comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Everything that you could possibly need is provided - the kitchen being particularly well equipped. The location is superb - early morning views of the mist on the river were stunning. We ate at the Paradise Cafe, 10 minutes up the river by boat, and the food was great. We had a Woolworths delivery which worked very well - hint: there is very little internet so make sure you place your order before you go! This is the perfect house in a perfect location for a wonderful getaway - close to Sydney but you feel a million miles from the hustle and bustle of city life. Thank you Larissa for making everything so easy

The house with everything

Our group stayed at Kingsview for our annual weekend away and could not have made a better choice! The house had everything 8 grown men could want. The large entertainment room downstairs opening onto the veranda, meant we could have fun playingsnooker and darts and not disturb anyone that wanted an afternoon nap upstairs in the well appointed bedrooms. Two large screen tv's solved all arguments about what we wanted to watch, with a fridge on each level providing easy access to snacks and drinks. The house itself is very clean and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen that left us wanting for nothing. Though most of our cooking was done on the BBQ on the veranda, where we watched some of the more intrepid fishermen in the group catch flathead, bream and even a jewfish off the private jetty. Perfect house to spread out and enjoy a great weekend on the river!

Fantasic house and location

We loved our holiday! The house is just great, very clean and comfortable with lovely ambiance. The house is very well equipped and we just loved sitting on all the verandahs admiring the view morning, noon and night. We are members of souths jnrs and made alot of use of their pool. We cannot wait to book again. Thank you!!!

We are a family of 5 that live on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. I grew up skiing one the Hawkesbury and love the area. my children have grown up on the river and have a love for the area, as have many of their friends that have spent a lot of time at Kingsview over the years.

The Hawkesbury River is such a picturesque and beautiful part of Sydney. Connecting with nature is what is all about. We love sitting of the verandah looking at the breathtaking view while having breakfast, we then spend the day water skiing, fishing, playing board games or billiards, doing jigsaw puzzles or just relaxing. We then love to move to the river bank of an afternoon with a drink of choice and sit around the fire pit and listen to music and have long chats with family and friends. Its so good for the soul!

Kingsview is one of the closest houses to the river. We have a view for 3 kilometres to the north. Almost every room has a view. We are also located on one of the widest parts of the upper Hawkesbury.
