"Avondale" is a luxe 5-bedroom Country Lodge nestled on the edge of breathtaking Australian Bushland.

Just over 1 hour from Sydney and 10 minutes from Windsor, Avondale offers you the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort and activities for everyone young and old!

Forget noisy neighbors and city lights; here, the stars come alive in the night sky and the wildlife is abundant.
PLEASE NOTE : Avondale is NOT a party destination. No additional guests to the property during your stay without the hosts written agreement in advance.

THE SPACE:
It's not unusual to see Fallow Deer, Wallabies and Kangaroos daily - even Echidnas! There are plenty of Kookaburras and magpies who regularly visit.

There is so much to do at Avondale! Lace-up your hiking boots or hop on your bike and explore the awesome bush trails. Challenge each other on the Golf Putting Green or play ping pong.

Bask in the sun beside the inviting lagoon pool. It's the perfect place to unwind and soak up the serene surroundings after your outdoor escapades whilst sipping cocktails made in the poolside bar.

As the sun sets and the stars begin to twinkle, gather around the big firepit (April - August cooler months only). Share stories, roast marshmallows, and create unforgettable memories.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PARTIES & GATHERINGS:
Avondale is NOT a party house. Sound carries greatly at Avondale. The neighbours (one of your hosts is also a neighbour) are very sensitive to noise. If you are planning any kind of party or loud gathering please look elsewhere for your accommodation. Feel free to discuss your stay plans with your hosts before booking,

DINING / LOUNGE 1: (Overlooking pool)
A leather and fabric sofa bed can seat 7 including 2 luxe fur beanbags.
The formal dining table can comfortably seat 12 and extends to accommodate up to 16.
Loads of board games, books and jigsaw puzzles.

DINING / LOUNGE 2: (Overlooking putting green)
A leather and fabric sofa can seat up to 8
In-kitchen dining table seats 6
Smart TV including Foxtel

OUTDOOR ALFRESCO/TERRACE:
2 large separate outdoor dining tables each offer seating up to 12 guests per table - great for seating the adults and kids separately!
Gas BBQ plus outdoor kitchen.
The pool area has a large dry bar area and includes comfortable outdoor seating.

POOL:
Laze the days away beside the pool on the luxe sun lounges under the thatched resort umbrellas.
The Mineral pool not only feels smooth on your skin but can also enhance your health. Minerals can alleviate aches and pains in your body and alleviate skin irritations while the minimal chlorine content means no more sore eyes.
There is a small selection of pool toys provided & the pink flamingo is for guest use.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances you might need for a weekend or a week or two. Some basic condiments plus tea, coffee, sugar, spices etc are provided for your use.
Note: the coffee pod machine takes ALDI brand pods - a variety is provided for guests.

LAUNDRY:
The laundry features a washing machine plus an additional powder room. No dryer is provided however there is a washing line for drying under the carport.
