Our bright and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and connection — whether you’re relaxing after a mountain adventure or gathering for a family trip.

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire Penthouse Suite during your stay. There is keyless entry to the suite; a code will be provided to you after you book with us. We do not live on site, but are a quick message or phone call away!

Parking is provided, and located underground in the building next door, which is a very short walk across the alley.

All guests of Parkland 301 have full access to the pool, hot tub and gym facilities in the Grande Rockies resort which is conveniently located right next door (Alberta restriction exemption program applies).

This property is outstanding! Gorgeous, clean and well-stocked. The hosts have done a superb job. — The parking is quite a distance from the property, which is not great in the winter, but still nice to have heated underground parking. — Hot tub is inside the adjacent property with waterslide/pool. Not ideal for us, but the huge soaker tub in the unit was a great option, complete with lovely Rocky Mountain bath products. We look forward to booking this place again!

Fantastic location! Great accommodations just perfect for our foursome! Really nicely set up and a great place to end the day, relaxing with a glass of wine by the fireplace after a long day hiking. Rocky Mountain Bagel Co is right across the street - convenient breakfast!

Awesome stay!

My family of 6 stayed here for our Christmas vacation and my husband’s 50th birthday. It easily accommodated all of us. The rooms were spacious and the views are beautiful. It’s location made it easy to get to places in town and was a short trip to get to Banff and Lake Louise. We had a great time!

The bathroom had fecal matter present. Bugs in the kitchen. So much limescale in the shower/showerhead. The carpets felt like they’ve never been cleaned. The room was tiny and dingy. Poor lighting. The gym was full brown disgusting and filthy with all pads torn up. No communication about the games area not being available due to a squash tournament. Simply gross and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Was a wonderful place to stay for a family wedding in Canmore. Condo was large enough for extended family. Communication with hosts was great. The view from the balcony was awesome. Walking distance to downtown was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again and was hard to leave.

The mountains were calling

The penthouse was a great place for our stay. Everything we needed was there. (I wish it would have had 2 showers). Canmore was a town that offered great dining options without all the traffic of Banff. We were able to easily get to all the spots we wanted to visit.

Great condo in good location

This condo was beautiful. It had a great view. It was very spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked especially with good quality pots and pans. The kids enjoyed the pool across the way in the Grand Rockies Resort. My dad uses a wheel chair and it worked out good with use of elevator.

Family ski trip

We stayed over February break, there were 2 separate families staying, 7 people in total. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. The condo was beautiful with a great location. Close to convience store and restaurants and short drive to groceries stores. Ryan was quick to answer any questions we had when we were down there. Overall it was a great vacation.

I Can't Wait To Go Back!!

I'm not even wasting time looking at other properties in Canmore because I found the perfect place! I was there to work on the book I am writing and it was an absolutely beautiful and inspiring place to write. The bed was very comfortable and the location is great. Charming condo in great location

We loved our stay in this condo. It was very clean and cozy. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony. There were lots of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We were able to walk to the town center of Canmore with ease and had a wonderful meal at Blake next door. We kept the windows open and never missed a/c. The condo is about 20 minutes from Banff and 1 hour from Lake Louise.

Lovely flat - very spacious - walking distance around Canmore

Loved the flat - very spacious with good beds. We had a group of 7 so plenty of room for everyone. There was construction going on outside so rather noisy beginning at 7:30 AM but that was unique to our stay. The flat is in a busy part of town - great for walking to restaurants or the store. We had two cars and only one parking spot comes with the flat. Once we figured out where to park the extra car it was ok. There's a lot of codes to know...building door, flat door, parking garage, swimming area...by the end of the week we had it all figured out but a little confusing at first. Owners were accessible and helpful. Overall, pleased with stay.

We are a young family of four, and we fell in love with Canmore during our very first visit. We enjoy making regular trips from Saskatchewan to this beautiful mountain town and finding adventure in everything offered by the area. We are excited to offer our spaces for others to enjoy while we cannot be there. Some of our favorite things to do in while we are visiting include biking through the never-ending amount of trails, hiking the Grassi Lakes Trail to enjoy the waterfalls and breathtaking views from the top, visiting Quarry lake for a walk and refreshing swim in the mountain fed water, as well as enjoying the local shops, restaurants and breweries.
