Great place

Very comfortable beds and easy layout of the whole place. 4 min walk to a beach, pier, pub and deli, which makes good coffee.

Lovely Long Weekend

Beautiful house within walking distance of the beach and jetty. Furniture was great, everything you could need in the kitchen and hubby had bbq envy lol. Plenty of parking space and room for the boat. Communication was excellent even though Jacqui was overseas. We would stay here again.

Love this house!

We stayed at Caddy Shack for 2 nights with another couple, and we love the house. Location is good, just a few minutes’ drive to Moonta Town and Port Hughes jetty. It’s clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a lovely time and would definitely like to stay here again.

Perfect for everyone.

We booked Caddy Shack for our 10 day holiday. It looked great in the pictures when we booked, but it was more than great when we got there! The rooms are a decent size. The open plan living dining and kitchen was fantastic. 2 bathrooms, so no arguing! Loved the fish cleaning are out the back! And the undercover entertainment area was the greatest place to sit for a morning coffee or an evening wine. Big driveway with enough space for 2 cars and the boat. Its perfectly placed within walking distance to the boat ramp, jetty, and general store. We loved our holiday and we will hopefully be back for our next holday!

Fabulous beach house

Highly recommend this lovely property. Perfect location, easy walk to beach and great cliff side walking trail and fully decked out with all the creature comforts you want. Caddy shack is comfortable and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Generous outside entertaining area and warm and cosy inside on what was a cold weekend. We loved our stay. A well appointed shack with every convenience

We stayed at this property 5 years ago and really appreciated the improvements the owners have made to what we considered a very nice property then. The two bathrooms were very welcome with two families staying and the air-condtioning made for cosy nights.

Lovely getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Caddy shack. Had everything we needed for our little family. Great location. Loved the deck to have our meals on :) Even though on holidays, washing never stops unfortunately lol, so it was very handy having the washing machine! We would definitely be keen to stay at the Caddy shack again one day :)

Golf getaway

4 “mature” golfing mates stayed for three days. Caddy Shack is superb. It has everything you would ever need in a holiday house and was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean.

Very enjoyable

Lovely little place that had everything you need in a wonderful location. Only a short walk to the jetty. Just need to update the tv aerial as the reception was terrible.

Steve and Jacqui just love Port Hughes. After staying in the local caravan park every year for over 10 years they decided to buy a place that they could enjoy anytime with their family and that they could make available for others to enjoy as well.

Caddy Shack has such a friendly feel about it. A real holiday home and not a stuffy hotel or resort. Reminiscent of old time family holidays near the beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There is nothing better than sitting out on Caddy Shack's deck with a good book or enjoying a BBQ (hopefully of fish caught in the bay). Less than 150 meters to the beach for a walk or a game of cricket and a swim with the kids.
