Grande Vista is a holiday home for couples, families, friends and small groups who want to come together and enjoy the surrounds. Relax in open plan kitchen, meals, lounge and formal dining (seats 8) area with floor to ceiling views of the Gold Coast skyline! Sheltered outdoor alfresco area extends from lounge with dining table, mobile grill and lots of lounge seating.

POOL WITH A VIEW
The swimming pool offers views over the property and beyond to the coast. Sit by the pool or overlooking the pool in the downstairs shaded garden patio. Now with a new poolside gazebo!

GOLD CLASS THEATRE
If you enjoy a good movie or like to watch sport on the big screen with surround sound, we offer a mini cinema with eight reclining chairs. Music can be ducted to the alfresco area from the theatre. There are four other TV’s in the house including large flat screens in the lounge, main bedroom and downstairs bedroom/recreation room.

RELAX AND WATCH THE WORLD WHILE SOAKING IN THE SPA
When you want to enjoy your own company relax in the spa bath overlooking the property. The main bathroom and separate powder room are upstairs and third bathroom is downstairs as an ensuite to the recreation room.

ECO FRIENDLY - SOLAR POWER, TANK WATER & BIO-CYCLE
Grande Vista faces north/east and is designed to naturally minimize heat in summer and enhance warmth in winter, the water is supplied by rain, solar panels feed back to the electricity grid and the waste goes through a bio-cycle that purifies then goes back into the garden.

COOKING LOVERS- WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Not to forget the foodies, a well equipped kitchen is offered with convection stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. With fruit trees and a herb garden to harvest for your food, you can create a feast!

BIRDS EYE VIEW OF WILDLIFE AND VIEWS
Grande Vista is set on almost 2 acres with expansive gardens and trees to encourage native birdlife such as eagles, king & grass parrots, kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, rare black cockatoos and whip birds. Rabbits and kangaroos are frequent visitors.

WEATHER IS GREAT WITH MINIMUM FLUCTUATION.
If it less than beautiful sunshine, the changing scenery is spectacular - From Mermaid Beach to Runaway Bay. With plenty of entertainment and protected alfresco areas you are assured of an excellent holiday whatever the weather.
