Luxury 3 bedroom house and private pool

Gypsy Willows and pool, is a brand new, very secluded, luxury self contained holiday house on its own 20 acres in beautiful Narone Creek valley, a unique part of Wollombi ( 3kms from the village) and the Hunter Valley.
The house features 3 King/Queen bedrooms, all with large ensuite bathrooms, modern fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable living areas and an outdoor swimming pool.

Gypsy Willows is only a pleasant 3km walk or drive to historic Wollombi village restaurants, shops, churches and tavern. The drive to Pokolbin is approximately 30 minutes.

A pretty garden affords access to the cows and horses grazing peacefully in the foreground, with views of the beautiful valley below. Kangaroos and wallabies join them on most days.

Accommodation includes three large bedrooms, two queen beds and 1 king bed, which may be converted to two singles. All bedrooms have very generous en-suite bathrooms, one with bath. A third single bed is available for the king bedroom.

A large living area includes quality couches and the kitchen is fully equipped, including induction cooktop, 'Nespresso' machine and washing machine & dryer. The living areas and kitchen enjoy delightful morning sunshine and expansive views.

A large verandah enhances balmy summer evenings and includes a large Weber Q BBQ.

The whole house has reverse cycle air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans and the living room has a wood fire for cosy winters.

Foxtel, DVD and a Bose Bluetooth speaker are included and mobile phone reception is good.

Amazing place very peaceful. The Host was very helpful and responded quickly. The property had everything my family needed.The only thing was no reception for phones outside the property so if you haven't screen shotted the information for lock box you cant get in. we had to drive to town get reception log in and save the details then drive back. And its dirt road most of the way to the property

Perfect place to relax & recharge

Gypsy Willows was the perfect place for our family to relax and recharge after a busy year of work & study. The house had everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen, great BBQ and aircon in every room for the hotter nights. The pool was amazing and appealed to the whole family either as a spot to relax and enjoy the views and tranquility or for more energetic fun. The long drive was most definitely worth it!

Beautiful hunter home

This home was a beautiful, renovated, clean and immaculate maintained property. It was close to the small town of Wollombi. Not much around, but perfect for a secluded get away. Still close enough to other main towns however. The property was gorgeous, the check in/out process and communication was easy. We would recommend for sure.

We arrived at the property slightly late & was dark already. The owner was so kind, he switched on the lights for us so it was not so dark to drive in. The house was well equipped, comfortable & very spacious. All bedrooms had it's own ensuite was definitely a bonus & super convenient, no need to wait for shared bathroom. The ducted heating & air-conditioning kept the house in very comfortable temperature no matter the temperature outside. The house also came with a well stocked fridge including milk, eggs, bacon, jam & yoghurt. Well & truly sufficient for 2 days breakfast for four of us. It is so peaceful, there were families of kangaroos as your companions. The kangaroos got very close to the house, probably the closest to nature you can get. Extremely relaxing, highly recommended if you're searching for a place to stay in Wollombi area.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Gypsy Willows! What a beautiful and expansive property with all the little luxuries along the way. Whether warming up by the fireplace on a cold night or having a dip in the pool on a hot day, our spring stay was perfect and was thoroughly enjoyed by our family - and we loved meeting all the beautiful animals in the paddock!

We have just had a sensational long weekend at Gypsy Willows. I don't think that I have ever relaxed so quickly on arriving at a holiday destination. Jim and Jo have set up the perfect luxurious retreat on a beautiful property. The views are fabulous, the wildlife abundant, and every need is catered for to the highest possible standard. I could not recommend Gypsy Willows highly enough.
