Lazy Dayz is named for those lazy days spent down at the beach relaxing with family and friends. It is a stunning contemporary two storey home just a short stroll from the beach and all amenities.

The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 people* and is for your exclusive use, whether 2 or 8 people stay (Max 8 ).

Swim at the beach or take a walk along the pier. Stroll to the local restaurants or eat in and purchase what you need from the well stocked Woolworths supermarket located a short stroll 340 metres away.
With many local wineries only a short drive away, a golf course, golf course restaurant with courtesy bus, Portarlington is your undiscovered beachside oasis .

There are 4 generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and zoned living upstairs and down, each with large screen TV’S. You may want to relax with our books, magazines or entertain yourselves with a selection of games for both adults and children.

You will enjoy views of the city or the sea from the upstairs living area or dine on the substantial alfresco patio at the rear of the property where a BBQ is available for your use.
This spacious two storey home is ideal for family, friends, business or a wedding party wanting a relaxed and comfortable stay.

This stylish home includes European stove and gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, iPod dock and stereo and washing machine. There is reverse cycle heating and cooling systems in the master bedroom and both living areas. Gas log fires for those chilly nights are in both living areas.
Rear enclosed garden. Fully equipped with linen supplied, and complimentary midstay cleans (dependent on length of stay). Enjoy tea, coffee pods and chocolate biscuits on arrival with our compliments.

The master suite has one Queen size bed, walk in robe, ensuite.
Two further bedrooms have queen size beds, built in robes, and both are near a bathroom. One bedroom has 2 single beds. The garage is not available to guests.

Major Portarlington events are a short easy stroll away and include the Mussel Festival and the Celtic Music Festival.
A monthly craft market is held in Portarlington with others in neighbouring towns.
Portarlington is ideally situated on the Bellarine peninsula to take advantage of the Bellarine’s annual fixture of events. Some examples are the Blues Train, Queenscliff Music Festival and many others.
