It is also short walking distances to shops, groceries, restaurants and all the fun nightlife on Basillio Badillo with a more quiet location.

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury vacation condo features a 50 inch Smart television in the living area allowing you to connect to all your TV apps. We offer free Netflix and https://bestcordcuttingtv.com/ (hundreds of popular channels and new release movies) and high speed WIFI throughout the unit so that you may stay connected.

The Master bedroom has a King Size bed, an en-suite bath and very large closet, 40 inch Smart Television with free Netflix and https://bestcordcuttingtv.com/, as well as mini split A/C.

The air conditioned guest bedroom is very spacious and offers 2 Queen Size beds, a 40 inch Smart television with free Netflix and https://bestcordcuttingtv.com/.

We had a lovely time here. This condo is so well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, so many towels, comfy beds & great storage. Easy walk to everything. The street is noisy but didn’t disrupt our sleep.

Romantic Zone PV Family Trip

We had another wonderful stay in this fantastic condo. The host was great in providing details throughout. The closeness to the beach and the restaurants cannot be beaten. The pool area was also fantastic with a great communal area. Our family had such an incredible time! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a central location with access to the bus lines and being close to several restaurants and other attractions (malecon, markets, beach).

Great Spot in the Best Location

Jainene did a great job of communicating with me before our trip. We were met as soon as we arrived. The condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom essentials, along with pool floats and plenty of towels. We’ve stayed in various areas around PV in the past, and this condo is definitely in the best location. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. And you can easily take an inexpensive Uber to areas outside of the Romantic Zone. I can’t recommend this condo enough!

Amazing Stay

The condo was absolutely amazing. Great location. There were six of us, four adults and two children and it was not at all crowded. Very nice decor, the beds were super comfortable. We had a great view and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Every thing was perfect and the communication was great. Was definitely a bonus to have a washer and dryer! The pool was also amazing, the staff were super friendly.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, and convenient!

We (mom, dad, grandma, 13-year-old, 15-year-old) thoroughly enjoyed our say at Jainene's condo! It is incredibly clean, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked, and the laundry works great. The location is so convenient - easy walking to the beach, excellent restaurants, the Malecon, groceries, COVID testing clinics, the Saturday market, and much more. The pool is great too!

Does not disappoint!

This is a wonderful property! Great location, mere minutes to the malecon, and in the center of everything. Almost every night you get fireworks from the pirate ship. Property was very clean and everyone is so helpful. 10 for 10 will do again.

Clean, well maintained property. Perfectly located within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, The Malecon and the beach! Exceptionally clean and VERY well stocked with practically anything you would need for your stay. Jainene was super easy to contact and quickly responded to any questions I had for her. Great condo & location

Everything about the condo is top notch including the location. There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance and the beach is so close. We loved sitting on the balcony and trying to spot the iguanas in the trees below :) The staff at the front desk is very helpful. We had a question on the washing machine and got a response right away from the on-site manager. Overall, the stay was fantastic and we hope to stay there again.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

We have rented many condos and stayed in many hotels and this was our favorite place. The condo is beautiful, well equipped, and faces a quiet river. My friends and I loved the condo. The furnishings are nice, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, and great AC system. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful and lush manicured gardern. This is our place to stay in whenever we go back. Loved it.

This condo building has been one of our favorites for several years now. The location is the best! Inside the condo you'll find everything you need in an immaculately maintained setting. Never mind buses, taxis or Ubers once you stay here...walk to everything. The building is quiet, secure and friendly. This unit is right over the river, so there's always some interesting birds and iguanas to admire.

Great 2 week stay! We wish we could have stayed longer at this property. It is very well located with comfortable furniture and great kitchen utensils. The highway noise is very noticeable during the day, but decreases at night. We were able to sleep with the windows open. When the windows are closed, the condo is very quiet. Great staff at the building. The pool is exceptional! Jainene was very communicative throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Serene tropical beauty

This is the most perfect rental we’ve had anywhere in the world! Pictures don’t do it justice. Quiet period of year is ideal for us. Location is the best with our fave restaurant Daiquiri Dicks and many others a few minutes walk, located on the beach. Jainene is a gracious hostess and has a lovely decorating touch. Really a beautiful condo and large pool with covered patio and outdoor sofas and dining tables. Air conditioning in all rooms and many amenities provided for our stay. Luxury without the high cost. Loved our stay!!!

This condo was awesome! It was as beautiful as the pictures shown. When we walked in the condo was so clean, smelled fresh and everything was easy to find. It was awesome having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. The condo had every cleaning product you could need. I loved that it had Kirkland sized toiletries. The beds were comfortable. The pool and pool area is gorgeous. The air conditioner worked great! It was super hot when we stayed and we really appreciated the air. The location is great. You are close to Los Muertos Beach and Zona Romantica. Everything is within walking distance. The security guards at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The local taxi drivers were honest and nice. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We love the fabulous location and well maintained building and appreciate that our building is highly sought after due to the perfect location and reputation of the building. We look forward to the time when we will be able to spend more time in our happy place. We live in Seattle, WA.

This building is great quality, is staffed 24/7 and an easy walk to almost anywhere you want to go. We were grateful to find such a spacious and high quality option and one that we could see ourselves spending several months each year here.
