Ocean front condo located at the heart of 7 Mile Beach.

Newly renovated ground floor direct beach access condo with 4 bedrooms (3 King beds + 3 Twin beds) and 4.5 bathrooms. Large families can take advantage of the extra queen sleeper sofa available in the living room.
This luxury condominium has the white sand and turquoise sea right at its doorstep. The unit has been completely remodeled in 2019 with fine furnishings, high end bedding, high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, fiber optic cable TV with the widest variety of HBO.

The condo is equipped with the following:
-Complimentary high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi
-New flat panel TVs in the living area and each bedroom
-Beach toys for kids, pack 'n play and high chair available upon request
-Fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, a Starting Package of the toilet paper, dishwasher and wash machine detergent, paper kitchen towels, and paper napkins.

Perfection!

9 people, 3 generations, kids ages 5-11. What an amazing week! Right on the beach with spectacular snorkeling with a bit of a swim. Great restaurants within walking distance. Short drives to most of what the western half of the island has to offer. Beautiful condo, very clean, very comfortable, all the amenities.

The condo was clean and located on the first floor directly on the beach. The condo is well appointed and provided beach chairs and other beach accessories. The welcome package was great and allowed us to start enjoying the condo immediately rather than needing to run to the store. Housekeeping came daily and did a great job. All communication with Amy at the property management office was professional, courteous and prompt. Overall this is a nice condo and we would recommend it to others. The neighborhood was safe and walkable and there are good restaurants within walking distance. The only small knock would be the small beach that it sits on (due to beach erosion and neighboring structures built out to the water's edge).

Family Beach Vacation

The pictures cannot show the beautiful view from the windows of #1 Laguna Del Mar. The rooms were even more spacious than anticipated, pool and property grounds very well maintained and the location is within walking distance of many conveniences. Although the beach is not abundant, totally sufficient for our needs. We did not eat out as we couldn't beat the view from our place. Check in and out, communication with hosts was timely and effecient. Would definitely recommend this listing, we would like to return.

Convenient, clean, & beachfront... perfect for our group.

The property was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed being on the first floor where we could walk out our backdoor directly to beach. Unit 1 was at the end of the building, which we also enjoyed because it felt a bit more private. We had everything we needed to make breakfast and drinks. Plenty of towels and as an added bonus, some beach floats on the back porch. There were several good restaurants in walking distance. And there was a car rental agency within a few minutes walk as well, so we were able to grab a car for just a couple of days to explore without much hassle. The management was quick to respond to any questions. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were very firm, but that is typical of rentals. Our group of 7 all agreed we would stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL location. It was amazing to walk right out the condo onto the beach. Wonderful spot for the two young families we had staying there. Housekeeping made multiple trips cleaning up throughout the week and did a terrific job (5 kids from 4-10 years... that's no small feat!). Very satisfied customer! Not cheap, but well worth the money. I would certainly recommend the spot. We ran out of paper towels about 5 days into our 7 day stay. We certainly could have picked up our own, but a refresh would have been nice. If that's my only constructive criticism, I think it speaks to how tremendous a spot it was!
