This private residence gives you the space and comfort one needs to relax and entertain your guests. The home was recently rented to Actor Matthew McConaughey and others. Expansive living room with vaulted wood ceilings and oversize couches leads to a large dinning room table that seats six. Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and lovely wood cabinets that focuses on the love of food and cooking. Indoor laundry area is located just off the kitchen for convenience. Large veranda overlooks the backyard sun-filled swimming pool and boat dock includes a table set and grills making outdoor cooking a breeze. Great house and location

We loved this house. Great water access, close to stock island restaurants, quiet neighborhood, pool and open floor plan/layout was perfect for our family. Roberta was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

Top vacation spot

We needed to get away at the last minute and found this house. It was amazing and we loved staying there. It had everything we needed. There was an issue with the pool heater, we let Roberta know and it was fixed within a few hours. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much, Roberta. You are the best!

Absolutely fabulous place in every way

We stayed for a month during Lobster Season. The location was fantastic with access to Gulf and Ocean sides. The deepwater seawall worked great for our 30' Roballo. The house was incredibly comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was perfectly kept and the backyard was a great place to hang out and watch the sunset. There were so many extra's like a commercial ice maker which saved us running for our 6-8 bags of ice each day, big driveway to hold our trailer plus a couple cars, hoses and power at the dock for boat clean up, sonos surround sound outside and in, and TV's in every bedroom. The outdoor grill and smoker were also great. The neighborhood is super nice and right outside of Key West. This place was truly fabulous.

Key Haven pretty much says it all!!!

I hesitate to write a review because I don't want to share this place. It's by far the nicest VRBO I've ever stayed in ... and it feels like a home rather than a rental. The house is totally cool and the backyard is an oasis with a large pool. Boat parking is now very convenient since they installed PVC tubes to the concrete dock. There are a variety of fish in the 175-yard wide canal that you can fish for dinner or just watch and enjoy, including some very large resident barracuda and young goliath grouper. You won't be disappointed ... and if you are, I doubt you will ever find a place that pleases you. :)

Move the Stupid Boat!!

This could have been a great place but there was one major problem. The owner left his boat on the boat lift so the view from the pool area and back deck was significantly negatively impacted. Staring into the side of an ugly boat and a rust boat lift rather than the water and mangroves was disappointing to say the least. We asked that the boat be moved but we were told to pound sand. If you want to stay here, get agreement in writing in advance that the owner will not destroy the view with his boat. The table and chairs closest to the water in particular might as well not be there

Boaters Paradise

This is a very well appointed house on the water near downtown Key West. Large comfortable beds, big TV's in all bedrooms, with a nice, well appointed kitchen and dining room. The living room is spacious and comfortable. There is a really nice balcony overlooking the back yard, pool, and the wide water out back. The balcony also has a large outdoor TV and BBQ. The living room, balcony and back yard are equipped with a nice Sonos sound system. The lush landscaping provides privacy and enhances the outdoor experience. There is a wide dock in the back with plenty of room to tie up your boat or personal water craft. The convenient water access makes this the ultimate boaters vacation paradise. It's only 5 miles to the 522 foot long, 10 stories tall, Vandenberg Dive Site, arguably the nicest artificial reef in all of the Keys. There is nearby access to a variety of fishing spots including back country, deep water pelagic, bottom fishing, and lobstering. The views of the sunsets off the water, from the balcony and back yard are simply amazing!

Pure Keys Perfection!

Love this beautiful home! A perfect week at a perfect home. Minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Key West - located in a quiet and serene neighborhood. Bike into town or take a short drive. Super accessible. The house is spacious and absolutely clean & well equipped for your vacation. Love that the kitchen is well equipped and ready for my heavy duty cooking. No peeling pans or meager knife set here. We stayed in several nights & had all we needed, except for the groceries. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and had plenty of closet space. Nice fresh bedding on all beds. Bathrooms were large and very well appointed. Nice towels and supplies provided. The living room is super comfy with couches you can all lounge on. The backyard/pool area is awesome. Nice big pool & hotter - all super clean. Upper deck area is just off the living room and was one of our favorite places to hang out at the end of the day. Views of the water are so relaxing! This is one of the nicest rentals I've been in & I would not hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone! We will definitely be back!

Great Sunsets !!

This is one of the best equipped homes we have ever rented in. The lay out is inviting and has that WOW factor. The best factor of the home is the backyard. Key West is know for the great sunsets and this property has those great sunsets right in your backyard. Totally enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit.
