Terrigal Luxury Accommodation

Terrigal Luxury Accommodation offers private accommodation away from the hustle and bustle. This self contained 2 queen size bedroom Villa style accommodation with water views can accommodate up to 4 people. The standard tariff is for one to two people. There is an additional nightly charge per person per night up to four guests in total.

It has a full kitchen, living area, bathroom, laundry, large outdoor deck and BBQ. It is a 5 minute drive from the beach or if you love the outdoors it is a 20 min walk to vibrant Terrigal beach, cafes, restaurants and North Avoca surf beach.

There is no disability access and it may not be child friendly for 2 to 12 years.

No smoking allowed, no pets, no additional unpaid overnight guests, no parties and no special events.

Definitely no schoolies bookings are accepted. No refunds given if found to be a schoolies booking.

This near new Granny flat has all new furniture and appliances. It suits a couple or two couples looking for a romantic weekend or weekend getaway.

We have a Covid safe cleaning protocol and provide guest hand and cleaning materials. Contactless check in and check out is available.

Terrigal's hidden gem!!

Great location with an amazing view from the balcony. Perfect for a couple's retreat. A 5 min drive to Terrigal free parking then everything is walking distance from there.

Wedding Away

We needed a spot to stay for a dear friends wedding up the coast and Stephen really came through for us! The place was super clean and tidy and very comfortable. The location was incredible right in the middle of Terrigal and it was exactly what we needed for our trip. Amazing customer service and extremely helpful/contactable when needed.

Lovely quiet apartment.

Lovely modern apartment up in the treetops - very quiet and peaceful. Spotlessly clean and had everything you needed - I agree too about the comfy beds. The host Stephen was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. 5 mins drive to Terrigal beach. I wish we had the time to stay longer.

Very clean and spacious. Only issue was lack of water pressure. Otherwise a good experience.

Perfect Haven

What a find this accommodation was! One of those places you instantly feel welcomed and relaxed. The apartment was so clean, inviting, tastefully decorated, nice quality linen (important :)) and had everything we needed. We loved how peaceful it was, but so close to beaches, restaurants and shops. Helen and Steve were the nicest of hosts! Apart from being incredibly welcoming and helpful, they were just a lovely couple who clearly love what they do. Without a doubt we will be returning. Kaylene and Adam

An Unforgettable Coastal Getaway!

We had the most incredible stay at this gorgeous two-bedroom retreat in North Avoca/Terrigal! The location is absolutely perfect—just a stone’s throw away from stunning local beaches and surrounded by breathtaking views that left us in awe every single day. The wildlife was such a treat too—waking up to the sounds of nature was pure magic.Helen and Steve are the ultimate hosts—so warm, welcoming, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We can’t sing their praises enough! If you’re looking for a serene getaway with all the comforts of home and the beauty of nature right at your doorstep, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I had a fabulous time in Terrigal. Stephen and Helen have a wonderful set up, close proximity to everything you need for a weekend getaway. I highly recommend staying here.

Room(s) with a view

An independent granny flat in very good condition and, with a great view from the main bedroom, living and outdoor deck. Super nice to watch sunrise/set. Perfect for a party of 2 or 3. Kitchen area a tad small otherwise and could do with a bit more utensils - eg small baking dish and salad drainer. Owners Helen and Stephen live next door and fully respect guests privacy preferences including for check in. They were not in when we arrived but we had a nice chat with them prior to leaving. Recommend without hesitation to explore Terrigal and surroundings.

Great location with lovely views over the valley

The accommodation was great, lovely small unit to use as a base to explore the local area. The neighbouring property is close and they enjoy using their deck below, so you can be close to others when staying.

Beautiful Propery

We had a lovely time staying at Steve and Helen's place. The view is spectacular from the balcony as well as the living area and main bedroom. Everything new, clean and a very comfortable stay. Loved having a dishwasher to avoid washing up while on holidays!

Highly recommended- gracious, helpful and friendly hosts. The 2 bedroom unit is impeccably clean, bright, airy and very comfortable with a great deck and outstanding views to Avoca. Well resourced and perfect for any length of stay.

Great stay!

Had a great time here, location was a little far to walk to Terrigal however a short uber ride if needed. Clean space, friendly owner. Would recommend staying there! Thanks to Stephen for the great stay

Excellent modern self contained granny flat

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and modern and Steve and Helen had thought of everything. They greeted us upon arrival and were fantastic with providing us with recommendations and places to go. The place was very clean and they had thought of everything. The beds were comfy too. The only thing I'd say about the location was that it was on a main road (albeit a bit removed as it's further down the property) so if you were in the closest bedroom to the road it could be a little noisy. But apart from that everything was wonderful, and we'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful Accommodation

This place was absolutely perfect for a weekend away with my partner. It was a nice, modern place, very clean and following COVID-19 protocol. Not to mention, the view was absolutely amazing! We will definitely return again, thank you so much Steve and Helen!

Lovely in every way

Stephen and Helen's place was up there with the best weekend holiday accommodation ever. The flat was sparkling clean, private, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. And the water view was lovely. Stephen and Helen and new puppy Ollie were really lovely. Overall an excellent place to spend a relaxing weekend... Or longer....

Amazing Oasis in the Trees

Five stars awarded for our 8 week stay at Helen and Steve’s two bedroom oasis nestled in the trees above Terrigal. We are a couple from Canada and used this lovely accommodation as a base to explore parts of Australia. We sat on the large deck for most meals and took advantage of the BBQ, lovely views and interesting birds that would visit. Helen and Steve are so kind, friendly and accommodating and made our stay so welcoming we felt like it was home. There are some spectacular hiking trails nearby, beautiful beaches, great restaurants and easy to get to Sydney or Hunter Valley wine region. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful! Too bad we had to leave Australia due to COVID19. Cheers Kathy and Kent Hansen

We retired to the Central Coast NSW in 2014. Loved the area so much we wanted to share it with others and built a granny flat. Have really enjoyed meeting the people that stay with us. Manage it ourselves so the guest can talk directly to us the owners.

The property is 2 kilometres from Terrigal Beach and Avoca beach so not in the centre of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk there. There is a large deck which looks out to the ocean through tall gum trees which is very serene. A truly relaxing place.
