We attend to every detail and supervision of cleanliness and styling. We live on the property and so, of course, treat it with extra loving care. We were drawn to this unique waterfront property with the southern feeling and privacy, with location, location, location. Being near the beaches and downtown makes this a perfect spot.

Only a short hop into Charleston just over the bridge ! This house is super convenient to Charleston and great restaurants. And the beach of Sullivan's Island is just 6 miles down the road. Truly a "perfect location". Gorgeous surroundings plus the dock. This property is encircled by water and marsh, and has water views of the creeks, the rivers, and the marshes. The water views and the tidal changes really make this property spectacular. It is all about the fabulous waterfront location, the ebb and flow of the tides, the natural wildlife, and the privacy, combined with a comfortable savvy home. What a way to enjoy Historic Charleston, the Beaches and the marshes! The location can't be beat, as is evidenced by all the new mega million dollar homes in the area.
