DOG POLICY:
Your friendly furry friend is welcomed! The pathway is a fenced dog area. We will accept one housebroken, crate-trained medium or small well-behaved dog for an additional fee of $200. Please let us know your dog's breed, age, and weight. We do not accept cats or puppies or any other kind of animal.
VISITOR POLICY:
The property is exclusively for your enjoyment. If you plan to have a daytime visitor, please discuss this with us at the time of booking, and we would be happy to consider your request if you have family in town.

Extended Long Stays have different policies:
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights must pay for additional cleanings. Cleaning is required minimum once monthly. Fee added later.

- Guests staying longer than one month requires an HVAC filter change once a month.
- Guests staying longer than one month will have a customized payment schedule.
- Guests staying longer than one month will have a different cancellation policy.
- Guests staying longer than one month may have to submit a larger refundable security deposit.
