Ce beau studio au rez-de-chaussée impeccablement rénové sur Shem Creek, au cœur de Mt Pleasant, SC est l'endroit idéal pour découvrir le charme de la Lowcountry. Un grand terrain privé avec des chemins séparés tout au long ont tous ajouté à l'intimité de ce studio. Le studio est situé entre le centre-ville historique de Charleston, les plages de l'île Sullivans et l'île de Palms. Cette propriété pittoresque offre une vue sur un lac d'eau douce de cinq acres, un marais et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Deux kayaks, deux vélos et deux planches à pagaie sont fournis gratuitement afin que vous puissiez descendre le ruisseau pour dîner ou faire du vélo dans les nombreux restaurants et boutiques du boulevard Coleman. Les clients sont invités à apporter et amarrer leur propre bateau moyennant un supplément (nous sommes à seulement 1,5 km du port de Charleston par voie d'eau). Ce paradis des amateurs d'oiseaux présente des marais et des oiseaux d'eau douce sur près de 2 hectares de terrain (des pygargues à tête blanche, des balbuzards et des loutres ont été repérés sur le lac). Profitez de l'ombre des chênes vivants du sud de la propriété ou profitez du soleil en pêchant ou en craquant sur le quai en eau profonde.

Rented for our friends wedding and it was exactly how the description said. Grounds were beautiful and the place was clean. It was easy to access restaurants and shops. Our host, Jackie, was fantastic! The property is stunning and super clean. Jackie has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. She even had tea, coffee and biscuits with fresh honey in the unit. The king bed was comfortable and linens high quality. We used the fire pit by Shem creek in the backyard on our last night and it was so peaceful! The property is close to restaurants , shops, and a short drive to Sullivan’s Island, the Angel Tree and historic Charleston. We highly recommend this property!!!!

The hosts go above and beyond to provide everything you could need for an amazing stay and more! The property is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t be more ideal to enjoy everything the area has to offer! What a gem!!! Loved this place! Will definitely try to stay here again in the future. Loved the big open room, and the property was amazing - beautiful pond on one side and waterway on the other. We saw a dolphin at sunset right next to the pier. Definitely the best property around - serene, shaded, quiet, and peaceful. We met the owner briefly - a nice, welcoming, lovely lady. One of the best places we’ve stayed.

Pictures do not do this location justice as we really enjoyed our time on and off of the property. Jackie provided a very welcoming suite for our stay with well appointed furnishings and thoughtful treats. we used the bikes to ride to Sullivans Island for one day and relaxed for our 3 day stay visiting a couple of her dining recommendations with great approval. We felt as Jackies family went out of their way to make us feel welcome to enjoy such a peaceful setting. She thought of everything you could want right down to providing different quality bedding pillows for different types of sleepers. Thank you Jackie.

We had an amazing stay and it was heightened due to the amazing hospitality offered. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. In order to stay home with my two children, my husband and I decided renting out the the Studio on the first floor would be a great opportunity to help subsidize our mortgage, and share our beautiful location.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Once you arrive, you will see what a unique piece of property this is. With Shem Creek on one side of the garden and a five acre lake on the other side, we enjoy spectacular views of the lake and the marsh. Yet we are a stones throw to the heart of Mt Pleasant. And only a 10 minute drive to the beach and 10 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You will be the only person sharing this property with us. You have access to the creek, kayaks and two bicycles to help you explore Mt Pleasant. Also available is the ability to bring your boat (up to 23 feet) and leave it in the water, so you can enjoy all the water activities Charleston has to offer without having to launch your boat daily. The dock has power and water to clean you boat and catch. There is good fishing off the dock for red fish, trout and flounder.
