Clean, well stocked. A great location and very interesting home. Great back yard very private. Close to downtown Nashville. Would stay there again and again.
WE stayed here during the power outage storm in Jan 2026. Sandy and Cal are great hosts and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. With flights cancelled 5 times they ensured we had a place, even though we were without power, there was a fireplace to keep us reasonably warm. there was emergency provisions they offered to us because no food delivery was available. Their neighbor even stopped by with food and gave us a ride to the airport. We made lasting friends this time. This was the 2nd time we stayed here and will stay here again.
Very interesting property! Kind of like staying in a museum. Lots of memorabilia, etc..If you’re music fan, it’s a must! Plenty of room to spread out and relax.Overall it was a good experience!
This home of Hank and Minnie is so full of sacred vibes. His Country Music lives on. I shared this stay with my Brother and Sister In Law for their first trip to Nashville. We stayed 5 nights which was perfect to be able to truly enjoy every bit of the home. We made the best memories. Absolutely loved it and looking forward to returning.
We’ve been coming to Nashville for years on business and the Hank Snow Ranch is certainly the coolest place we’ve stayed, especially if you appreciate the history and legends of country music!

Great place and great hosts and communication. Would definitely go back next time I go to Nashville. We didn't do the tour but enjoyed hanging out and listening to some vinyl to wind down the night.

Glad you enjoyed your stay, we also love listening to the vinyl it just seems to be the right way to listen to music in the house.
We had a great time. Very comfortable. Owners attentive. We are older and like regular tv. This is as close as weve ever gotton renting a home. Loved it. Beds were nice. Kitchen was amazingly stocked. Just great all the way around
Our Grandpa Jerry was so excited about this place he told everyone out and about where we were staying! He was like a kid in a candy store! Conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go and Uber will pick you up here. Spacious and clean place to stay! We enjoyed our visit!

Property was very clean and a lot bigger than it looks from the outside and pictures. Most supplies, linens, towels, condiments were available for our use. Terry's private tour of the house/museum was excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

About the host
Hosted by Sandy & Cal Blakney
Cal grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada where Hank Snow grew up until he moved to Edmonton, Alberta Canada as an adult. I (Sandy) grew up in a small rural town in Alberta and moved to Edmonton as an adult. Cal and I married and we have 3 children and 6 grand children.
Why they chose this property
We purchased Hank Snow's Ranch because he is Cal's Great Uncle and we wanted it to stay in the family. Uncle Hank lived at the Ranch from 1951 on. We are compiling a collection of Uncle Hank's belongs to start a museum on site.
What makes this property unique
The most unique things about this property is the fact that many of the furnishings are Hank Snow originals. The piano is an original and has been played by Elvis, Moon Mullican and many more. Your experiences in this house will be to sleep in the room where Hank slept or eat breakfast sitting in the chair that Hank sat in. The property is 2 1/2 acres is peaceful and quiet. We love listening to the cardinals, robins, bluebirds and many other birds.
