Nestled in a tranquil and accessible corner of Macmasters and enveloped by lush greenery, lies this two-story abode that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.
The house is merely a short 5-minute walk away from Macmasters beach renowned as one of the Central Coast's finest remaining unblemished, unspoiled beaches, ideal for relishing swimming, surfing, and indulging in a delightful meal at the cherished surf-club café.

Key features
This charming home surrounded by natural beauty offers guests ample room for relaxation and entertainment.
Featuring ceiling fans and louvered windows, it allows for a refreshing breeze to flow through during the summer months when the louvres and doors are open. In the winter, stay warm and toasty with the efficient combustion fire and electric heaters, ensuring a comfortable stay all year round.

Configuration
The two-story home boasts three generously sized bedrooms upstairs, as well as a versatile rumpus room that can easily double as a fourth bedroom downstairs. With a bathroom on each level, a well-appointed kitchen, and a spacious open-plan living and dining area complete with a cosy fireplace on the first floor, there is ample space for up to eight guests.
The house also includes multiple entertainment options, including two TVs (one of which is a smart TV) and complimentary Foxtel.

This home includes two bathrooms, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their stay in comfort. The ground-level combined laundry and bathroom includes shower, sink and WC, while the upper-level bathroom features a full-size bath/shower, vanity and WC.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area, located on the upper level is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The room includes a cosy wood fireplace, comfortable seating, and a dining area with ample space for all guests. Additionally, the versatile rumpus room on the ground level provides an additional space for relaxation and entertainment.

★ Kitchen & Dining ★
The kitchen, located on the upper level includes all necessary utensils and ample counter space, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze. The dining area provides a large table with seating for all guests, providing a comfortable space for enjoying meals together.

Outdoors
Embrace the beautiful summer weather and enjoy outdoor entertaining in the fully enclosed rear courtyard, complete with a BBQ and direct access from the kitchen for ultimate convenience. Relax amidst a lush tropical atmosphere or unwind with a book and a glass of wine on the front balcony, taking in the tranquil surroundings.
When you're ready for some fun in the sun, take a short stroll down to Macmasters Beach, known for its unspoilt and undeveloped beauty, perfect for a day of swimming or relaxing on the sand.

Parking
There is off-street parking for up to four cars in front of the house.

Pets
We warmly welcome up to two pets as part of your stay at our home, recognizing that they are cherished members of your family. Please kindly keep pets restricted to outdoor areas unless prior approval to stay indoors is provided. Indoor approval is granted on a case-by-case basis to ensure the suitability of our home. Please also note that all pets are subject to an additional $59 pet fee once the reservation has been confirmed.

Special Property Information
There is a sofa bed in the downstairs living area which folds out to a double bed. If you would like to make use of this, please contact our office.

We are delighted to offer complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience during your stay. You'll receive the password and all necessary access details upon check-in. While we strive to ensure reliable service, please understand that we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for the Wi-Fi, and no compensation will be provided for any disruptions. If a stable internet connection is crucial for you, we recommend having a backup plan. Thank you for your understanding.

Booking excerpt as per Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions

Our home is designed to host groups aged 25 and above as well as family retreats and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests including visitors, with prior approval required for extra guests. If you are unsure whether your group is suitable for our home, please reach out prior to booking. Kindly note that the account holder must occupy the premises throughout the reservation.

Guests will be asked to complete a guest registration form, sign a rental agreement, and be able to provide government IDs of all adults – please answer all questions truthfully to help us tailor your reservation. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation or eviction.

We require that guests adhere to the mandatory NSW Code of Conduct for the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Industry. Parties, hens, bucks, or other celebration gatherings are not permitted and due to new restrictions, noise complaints can result in a $500 on the spot fine. Please respect our neighbours and be mindful of noise levels throughout your stay. Noise and security monitoring devices installed within legal guidelines, including one security camera overlooking the driveway/outdoor entry area.

Our home is self-catering, offering starter supplies usually sufficient for a weekend stay. While firewood, travel cots, and highchairs are not provided, you can book these and other additional services through our guest portal after completing registration.

Please leave our home neat & tidy to avoid extra cleaning charges. Our cleaning fees increase by 1.5x for Sunday check-ins and 2.5x for public holidays. For bookings of two weeks, the cleaning fee doubles, and stays longer than two weeks require mandatory fortnightly cleaning, billed to the guest, with optional linen changes available to book.

A security deposit of $1,000 will be withheld for your stay two days before your arrival and released after departure, pending the home inspection.

Great location

Feels like a proper getaway nestled amongst the tall trees and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The noise echoes a bit around the area due to the topology but that's par for the course at this time of year and I don't mind it too much. The house is set up for 8 guests but probably best at 6. Internet was unusable but we survived watching cricket and movies on Foxtel. The upstairs living can get hot but we were generally ok with breezes and fans. I'd stay again.

Great family getaway

We had the pleasure to stay in this beautiful home in a wonderful location. Nestled in beautiful trees and lush surroundings. Just a short walk to the beach that is patrolled. A little stroll and you find the great little pool and coffee shop shaded by the large trees and seating to overlook the ocean. The home was well stocked with everything to cook and do a BBQ. Beds were comfortable, even the fold out lounge for a change.

Great stay

The place was clean and tidy, spacious, no carpet, dog friendly. The backyard, while mostly paved courtyard, did have a substantial garden space around the courtyard. Yard was secure and safe for my dog. House has a bath, which was good for my young kids. We didn't do any cooking, plenty of options to get food delivered. Beach was literally a 5min walk down the road. Great cafe at the beach (note only open 7am-2pm). Very happy with the stay. The property manager was quick with replies to any questions.

Great location- walking distance to the beach

Easy access to MacMasters Beach and surrounding bike trails. Would highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing beach holiday.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. House had everything you need (with the exception of pegs) to make it feel like home. Walking distance to the beach. We had a great time.
