Esta casa de 5 dormitorios x 4 baños está diseñada / decorada para que nuestros huéspedes puedan tener unas vacaciones agradables y sin estrés. El hogar tiene capacidad para 15 personas cómodamente y la piscina climatizada del patio trasero lo mantendrá relajado.

Los huéspedes pueden experimentar la dicha de una lujosa villa privada y explorar todas las atracciones mundialmente famosas de Florida Central. ¡Nuestro objetivo para nuestros huéspedes es tener una estadía placentera y esperamos recibirlos a todos!

Solterra Resort es un hermoso complejo vacacional ubicado a 25 minutos de las principales atracciones y a aprox. 90 minutos a playas de fama mundial en las costas este y oeste.

Lujosamente decorado, su diseño incorpora aspectos elegantes modernos y contemporáneos. Esta confortable villa privada tiene capacidad para 15 huéspedes.

La planta baja cuenta con una espaciosa cocina abierta con sala y comedor y dormitorio con cama king. Salga de la sala de estar a la piscina privada con mosquitero y climatizada, donde también puede disfrutar de una relajante barbacoa. Televisores inteligentes se encuentran en todas las habitaciones y en la sala de estar principal.

Cuando no esté en los parques, disfrute y relájese en las hermosas instalaciones del Resort. La casa club está a solo un corto paseo o en coche; Solterra Resort está lleno de comodidades al aire libre, ya sea que desee relajarse y disfrutar de nuestro sol de Florida o divertirse con su familia en un juego de tenis y voleibol. También hay un parque infantil y gimnasio. donde los niños pueden explorar el parque infantil, el tobogán acuático y el río lento mientras te relajas en una cabaña junto a la piscina con bar en la piscina y más.

Disfrute de sus vacaciones en esta encantadora y espaciosa casa moderna y nueva ubicada dentro de la comunidad cerrada y vigilada de 24 x 7 del complejo de seguridad de Solterra. Seguro que disfrutará de su estadía en esta casa, ya que pensamos en la seguridad, la comodidad, la diversión y el entretenimiento para nuestros huéspedes. Esta casa de 5 dormitorios tiene 4 dormitorios arriba y un dormitorio (habitación de invitados con baño privado) escaleras abajo; 2 habitaciones cuentan con camas King, 3 habitaciones con baño privado. Los televisores inteligentes están ubicados estratégicamente en toda la casa y en cada habitación.

La casa club está a solo un corto paseo o en coche; Solterra Resort está lleno de comodidades al aire libre, ya sea que desee relajarse y disfrutar de nuestro sol de Florida o divertirse con su familia en un juego de tenis y voleibol. También hay un parque infantil y gimnasio. Los niños exploran el parque infantil, el tobogán acuático y el río lento mientras te relajas en una cabaña junto a la piscina.

Best stay ever!!

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Davenport. The property is incredible convenient to all areas and the access to the amenities was fabulous.... What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!

Clean and spacious

Very clean and plenty of room. There's absolutely no internet service and we unfortunately had some neighbors that liked to party during our stay.

Responsive Host but the Property Needs Better Upkeep

The place wasn’t very clean when we arrived—dirty toilet with rings, broken seat, what looked like a blood stain on the wall, and a dirty grill. The host sent someone to clean, but they only scrubbed the toilet and left. Pool toys were broken too. We also weren’t registered for the resort at first, but the host fixed that quickly. One night, a neighbor played loud music until 4 a.m. Host was responsive, but overall the place needs better upkeep.

Loved the location enough room for all ages house needs a deep cleaning we cleaned all touch points and mop floors before putting anything away we didn't use the grill but it was available, pool had sand on the floor of it. Community pool has a maximum capacity cutoff so get there before 10a if you want a seat cabana rental is better. Would recommend overall great

Spring Break 2022

We absolutely loved our stay last week. We have never rented a house through VRBO before so we were a little nervous. Our host Deepa was amazing throughout the whole process. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner to help with our stay. The house was AMAZING, and we will definitely be going back in the future. There was tons of space, an the pool area was incredible for our kids. We loved swimming and using the resort pool. It is close to Disney and worth the trip if you are here. We don't have any previous houses to compare it to, but loved every second of our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone with family and friends.

Great house for Disney

Large, clean well stocked house. Private pool faces sun, as opposed to some in shade. I would have preferred to control the temperature setting. Having to text owner for the temp up and down was inconvenient and made me feel like a pest. The front door lock broke while we were there. Owner fairly quick to get a lock smith. He said it was improperly installed. We got stuck with the $90 bill. Beware.

Dear Gail, We truly appreciate your time in leaving us a review. We appreciate your business and time. The rental agreement clearly indicate details regarding air-conditioning and heating procedures. The temperature is set to optimal 72F however was adjusted daily. As the house is large and accommodates up to 15 Guests, individual preferences and adjustments led to major damage in the past. We do provide 24 hour support on temperature requirements and we were able to provide a daily comfortable house temperature for you and your family. Regarding front door lock, the damage was after 16th day of stay. The issue resulted in added inspection and reset cost which was absorbed by us while lock smith payment was accepted by you. We also provided added cable service worth over 150 USD for free during your entire stay. We do value your feedback for future guests. We wish you a wonderful 2022 and we hope to see you back!!

Arrived to see garbage bin full of trash by the front door, open door to dirty wall with scuff marks on mostly all the walls. House has roaches and ants. Air conditioner wasn't working at its best, my husband check the air filter and it was filthy. Long black hair found in bed, shower and on floor. Throw rug in the family room, smells like urine. Also had issues with cell phone service and wifi issues and Loud music coming from 2 different units late at night, even 2 am in the morning. We were told to take pictures and text issues to the contact number and management would forward to the owner. We never got a call from the owner while we were there for 3 days or even someone to at least come out to spray for pest and change the air filter. The only positives I can give this property is that, it is spacious and nicely decorated but otherwise, this property definitely did not meet out expectations.

Clean and spacious!

We stayed at this property for 12 days. We were two families staying there together, a total of 12 people. My husband and I shared the master upstairs. My 19 year old son, 18 year old son, and my friend's 17 year old son shared the oversized room next door with the large bathroom and walk in closet. Since that room only had two beds, we used an air mattress that I brought just in case we needed it. Across the hall, my friend, who is a single mother, shared the three bed bunkbed room with her 20 year old and 22 year old daughters. Next to their room was a room with 2 beds that was shared by my 15 year old and 11 year old daughters. Downstairs, my friend's 13 year old and 16 year old son shared the master bedroom. I arranged the bedrooms to keep unrelated boys and girls from being in adjacent rooms, and it all worked out well. With so many people staying under one roof, we never felt overcrowded. The living room and kitchen area were spacious and accommodated our large group. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and pool area. There was a mini sized game table in the upstairs hallway which was surprisingly entertaining. We mostly played pool. There was only one pool cue, but easy to share. We could not find the plug for the air hockey component. Hopefully we can play next time we come. The neighborhood was very pleasant and we took many walks through the community. I did not make it to the main rec center, but my kids went and they said that they enjoyed the lazy river. I contacted the property manager, Deepa, on several occasions and she was always very quickly responsive to my inquiries. The pool lights did not turn on initially, so she had the pool maintenance come to change the bulbs which fixed the problem. The internet company went down one afternoon, and Deepa kept me updated with email alerts from that company for when it would turn back on. There was very few issues, but when anything came up, Deepa was on top of it in a very professional and courteous manner. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. We look forward to coming again soon.
