All of the mattresses are memory foam and can help you and the rest of your party enjoy a wonderful nights sleep! This home can sleep 12 people with room for 2 more if a futon is ok for you! With a fully stocked kitchen, you will be well equipped to whip up some southern cooking. It's a no brainer you'll want to take a load off in our porch swing in the screened in porch or relax on one of our sleeper futons while streaming your favorite movies from our Roku on our 50' TV.
