Esta casa de Sea Pines, cerca del océano, es nueva en nuestro programa de alquiler en 2020. A solo 1 minuto a pie de la playa, esta casa lo capturará y cautivará desde el momento en que abra la puerta principal con su plano de planta abierto y amplias habitaciones. El hogar perfecto para familias múltiples o familias multigeneracionales.

Great House!

We so enjoyed our recent stay at Oyster Catcher. The home was spacious, clean and beautiful. Rental management was quick to respond to a few questions/requests we had. Loved how close to the beach it was. Would definitely stay there again!

Great house in a great location. It is well furnished and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Our family loved the sreened-in back porch. The pool is large with a nice mix of sunny areas and shade. Short - minute walk to beach.

Renting a beach house through iTrip was so easy! They were communicative and quickly helped us troubleshoot a WiFi issue we had during our stay. The house was perfect and the amenities were excellent.

Great family house

This was our third visit to 11 Oyster Catcher and we have rented for 2025. Favorite features of the house for us are the screened porch, lovely updated pool, roomy house and parking for up to 4 cars.

Wonderful summer vacay

This was such a beautiful property and location for a family vacation! Quiet, secluded neighborhood with a short, oak and palm canopied paved short walk to the beach. The house is comfortable, clean, and spacious with comfortable furnishings in both sitting areas. The four en-suite bedrooms are a huge plus - privacy for all when needed! The large well-appointed kitchen with counter seating made for wonderful memories of our kids cooking side by side for us and their families. The pool was the perfect size, allowing for the adults to gather around the spa while the children spent hours splashing in the pool. The screened-in patio was the perfect spot for watching the rain during the afternoon thunderstorms. There were one or two issues that were quickly resolved. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Plenty of room!

The house was really nice. There was plenty of space for our family. It consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids 12-18 years old. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we could need for the week. The only thing I could say that was not “perfect” was the condition of the pool. It was cleaned on Saturday, so while it was clean, it was somewhat rundown and aged. And we could. It get the hot tub to work. But other than that, everything else was 5 stars! It is right on the bike path so super easy to get to the beach too! Overall, we loved our stay! Thank you!

Great house. Lots of space to spread out. Had 7yo and 3 older teens who had plenty of room to not be w adults if chose to. Distance to beach great. Good size pool.

Beautiful Home Near the Beach

This house is gorgeous! It’s location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach. The inside was very clean. The exterior pool area was hard to maintain. A lot of debris (leaves, etc.) always in the pool/ filter. The screened patio was was lovely. Aside from the kitchen faucet needing a desperate replacement, we had a fantastic vacation.

Great family house

Our 3-generation family group rattled around in this spacious house - and we loved it! It is beautifully decorated and maintained, fully stocked with every kitchen item imaginable, and with owner-provided beach towels. The screened porch was a plus. It is a quick walk to the beach, which seemed very private. Our 3 and 6 year old boys loved the pool; and that is where the four stars come in: the pool was clean, but in need of an update, with tiles falling off the walls, and the white bottom very grungy-looking. We recently re-did our own pool and I know it is very expensive. This is the only drawback and would not keep us from renting again. I thought it was a bargain, for what we got.

Amazing house with everything you need!

I can't speak highly enough about this property. We had 6 adults, 2 kids (5/7) and a baby staying at the house. The kitchen and living quarters are very spacious with room for the kids to have their own quiet time and family visits. The kitchen was well stocked with comfortable furniture everywhere in the house. The short walkway next to the house out to the beach was perfect for bringing a tired baby or kid back to the house for rest before returning to the beach. We will certainly rent again.

Clean inside / Dirty outside

The location and interior of the house met my expectations. The property's biggest down-fall is the outside living spaces. To me, enjoying the outdoor pool area and deck is vital to a vacation home- especially at this price point. I knew going into it that the pool needed to be resurfaced; that was not a problem for me. What I found uninviting was how dirty the pool was upon our arrival ( called property manager - got cleaned on day 3 of vacation) and how the patio, deck, and deck furniture are in desperate need of power-washing. Many spaces need to be cleaned of piled up leaves, and yard debris. a great place for unwanted wildlife to hang out. My mistake was not to complain and have it cleaned so we could enjoy it. It is always nice to have beach supplies in the garage; however, these were very old (rusted and broken) and need to be replaced. We chose to rent chairs and umbrellas from the local rental company instead.

Our family had 4 houses within a block or so, so we were able to compare. The house itself and location were great. There was plenty of room and it was a bonus to be able to use the garage for all the beach stuff. The kitchen "triangle" is a bit weird. Everyone kept going to the stove instead of the kitchen sink. The biggest problem was the pool. When we got there, the pool was filthy. It had an oil sheen, a layer of whitish scum and a ton of debris in it. The cleaning inspectors called and said the pool cleaners would be there that day. They never showed up. I sent several emails. One of our party backflushed the pool and skimmed the debris. Cleaners did not show up until Monday. We couldn't use the pool until Tuesday. We did like the house though. You just need to be more responsive on pool cleaning.
