The contemporary house on a plot of 2000 m2, with panoramic views of the sea and 800 m from the beach. Comfort. Kitchen equipped with a central island. dining room, living room, 1 bedroom (bed 160 cm) with private bathroom and separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs lounge with sea view, 3 bedrooms (1 160cm bed, 1 bed 140cm, 2 beds of 80 cm), all equipped with wardrobe; bathroom (with shower and bathtub), separate toilet. Necessary for baby
The house is suitable for people with disabilities (do please contact me)

This house will seduce you also by its situation close to the tourist sites: Pink Granite coast, Ile de Bréhat, Paimpol, Tréguier. Port-Blanc, you will seduce for its hiking trails, sailing school, its beach club (1st Department), its equestrian center, its indoor and outdoor tennis courts, his trips at sea, heritage, etc.

Excellent accommodation at Côte Granit Rose

Ideal starting point for discovering the beautiful scenery. The spacious very well equipped house on premises of 2000 square meters met our needs (two couples) to the fullest extent. Elegant architecture, marvellous sea view from big terrace first floor, absolute calmness and friendly host: There was nothing left to be desired.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in der Bretagne

Nach über einem Jahr waren wir endlich wieder in der Bretagne und dieses Mal hatten wir großes Glück mit unserer Wahl der Urlaubslokation. Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie und bietet wirklich alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Frau Garel hat uns pünktlich und sehr freundlich empfangen und auch während des Urlaubs immer wieder sehr gut betreut. Wir können uns nur herzlich bedanken für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Bretagne.

Très belle maison spacieuse idéalement située

Séjour en famille (3 générations) d une semaine. La maison est très bien entretenue, spacieuse, très fonctionnelle et lumineuse avec une une superbe vue mer de l'étage. Elle convient également parfaitement à une personne âgée à mobilité réduite sur la partie rez de chaussée. Petit salon et terrasse extérieure au premier très appréciés. Un équipement de cuisine, BBQ, et salons de jardin au top. Très calme car la maison est au bout d' une impasse et très proche de différents sites touristiques (Perros Guirec, Paimpol ...) donc idéalement située pour découvrir la région. Madame Garel est très accueillante et arrangeante et a fait preuve de réactivité tout au long de la semaine pour répondre à nos questions. Toute la famille (et le chien aussi) est repartie enchantée de son séjour. au top.

Sehr schönes Haus mit eindrucksvoller Umgebung

Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einem toll gelegenen Haus. Das Haus war sehr sauber, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Weit über dem Durchschnitt Der Garten ist sehr groß und vollkommen eingezäunt, ideal für Hunde. Wir wurden von einer sehr nette Vermieterin empfangen! Ausflugtipp: Ein Spaziergang an der Küste von Pors Scaff Richtung Le Gouffre !!!! .

Wundervolle Tage mit Freunden + 2 Hunden

Vorab für uns das Wichtigste, das äußerst freundliche Vermieterehepaar hat uns gestattet zusammen mit einem befreundeten Ehepaar, jeder von uns hat einen „Hund über 25 kg“ (die häufigste Einschränkung anderer Vermieter) in Ihrem tollen Haus zu wohnen. Nur so war es überhaupt möglich gemeinsam herrliche Ferien zu verbringen. Dem geräumigen Domizil fehlt es an nichts. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alle elektrischen Geräte haben funktioniert. Die Zimmer, Bäder und Toiletten sind sauber. In den Betten konnte man bestens schlafen. Das große, schön angelegte Grundstück ist voll eingezäunt, wichtig für unsere Hunde, aber auch für Familien mit Kindern. Die Lage ist herrlich, unverbauter Blick aufs Meer. Die Umgebung ist äußerst sehenswert und interessant, insbesondere die Rosa Granit Küste. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind im Ort. Wir wären gerne 2023 wieder gekommen, wenn sich der Mietpreis in der selben Zeit nicht verdoppelt hätte. Besten Dank für alles liebe Familie Garel

Vue mer fabuleuse

Maison récente très bien équipée. La mer se découvre de toutes les pièces. On a aimé le jardin avec sa pelouse bien accueillante, ses petites terrasses autour de la maison pour le repas ou la sieste. Rien ne manque dans la maison : vaisselle, petit electromenager et même les vélos pour aller faire les courses à Penvenan. Mme Garel est très accueillante. Une semaine trop courte pour aller découvrir la côte si jolie... Nous reviendrons.

Ein großzügiges Haus in wunderbarer Lage auf einem tollem Grundstück

Dass die Familie selbst dort zeitweise lebt, merkt man an der Ausstattung. Es ist alles da, von Salz bis zum Waschmittel. Uns fehlten im Mai vernünftige warme Bettdecken, die Badezimmer haben eine bessere Pflege verdient. Ansonsten können wir das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Was die Bettdecken betrifft, Sie hatten Bettdecken in den Zimmern, schade, dass Sie sie nicht gesehen haben, und die elektrische Heizung, die Sie regulieren konnten. Ruhige Lage in schöner Umgebung

Das Objekt ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entpannten und geruhsamen Urlaub. Der Negativpunkt war die Sauberkeit, die Endreinigung sollte nicht durch Bewohner durchgeführt werden. Es geht zu Lasten der Sauberkeit, lieber den Preis erhöhen

Es tut mir leid aber es gab sicher ein Missverständnis aber die Reinigung erfolgt systematisch, man hat die Wahl (im Mietvertrag klar angegeben "Reinigung bei Bedarf"), entweder man macht es oder man zahlt für den Service aber es ist sowieso immer gründlich gemacht. Wir verlassen unser Haus nicht ohne Housekeeping, sonst kommen die Leute nicht zurück. Du hast mir gesagt, du hast es nicht getan, deshalb hast du 80 € statt 120 € bezahlt, wir hätten uns nicht verstehen können. Bis bald, vielleicht in unserer schönen Region Frau Garel
