Relaxing and beautiful 1,200sf apartment in ESJ Tower. Located in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico and within walking distance of all restaurants, shops, supermarkets, casinos, and nightlife of Isla Verde.

Condo rental includes 1 free parking, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, central A/C. 1 King-size bed and two full-size beds, two full bathrooms (one of them small), living area, dining area, and spacious balcony. Wifi, 32-inch television (living room) with Cable TV. TV/Cable in the bedrooms also.

Inside the beautiful ESJ Towers, a full-service resort.

It has a partial ocean view and is within walking distance of everything: restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It is next door to the El San Juan Hotel. It is the best location to relax!!

We're not located in the same building but on call in case of emergency.

AMAZING LOCATION! This condo-styled residence is located right on Isla Verde! Just steps from the beach (literally), Walgreens and CVS, many food options, a 24/7 grocery store, and multiple car rental companies. Ubers and taxis come regularly. It’s also located right next to a Casino, Foxwoods, and close to the main airport. It has an operable washer and dryer which is good for cleaning your beach clothes. Direct access to a beach with music, pineapple beverages, and water sports. Netflix is available with the guest's account info.

THE ACCESS TO THE POOL DECK IS INDEFINITELY CLOSED DUE TO STRUCTURAL RENOVATIONS AND WE DON’T HAVE AN OPENING DATE YET. The access to the beach remains normal.

Construction work is being done at the building every day from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; therefore you may experience some noise at the apartment during those hours.

Beach chairs not provided. You can rent them at the beach for $7 per day.

Where To Go:
The ESJ Towers is located on one of Puerto Rico's finest beaches. Walking distance from major hotels, Hotel El San Juan, The Ritz Carlton San Juan, Embassy Suites, and Royal Sonesta. Supermarket Pueblo is also within walking distance (open 24 hours).

ENTREVINOS is also EXCELLENT across from CVS inside the small shopping mall, great ambiance from Thursday through Sunday, a great wine selection (basic bar drinks also.) many reasonably good bottles starting at $29

METROPOL
Walking distance makes a left out of the driveway, great Puerto Rican-Cuban rest, a huge menu, and live music at the bar.

MEAT MARKET
Inside The Fairmont El San Juan, next door is a restaurant with excellent steaks and sides. Make it a night and stay for live music in the lobby on Fridays and Saturdays.
This hotel also has a chic nightclub with GREAT music CLUB BRAVA, and a great atmosphere and you can walk there, it's next door!

El ALAMBIQUE
Funky beach restaurant bar with good food on Tartak St. where CVS is. Just walk towards the beach and make a left at the end.

For a taste of our famous fritters, go to the beach, at Pinones, a five-minute ride, open kiosks selling all manner of fried food cooked over a wood log, delicious! Try an Alcapurria.
MY FAVORITE for Latin and FRESH seafood is CAYO CARIBE, there's one in Condado,

On the way to OLD SAN JUAN
Ladi's for fresh fish is a short ride on the way to Old San Juan. Great view and is great for drinks and appetizers unless you are ordering a whole Lobster (STEAMED ONLY) or a whole Snapper (Fried only) You will be disappointed as they tend to overcook anything else, but the view is spectacular!

IN OLD SAN JUAN
BARRACHINA (where the Pina Colada was invented)
LA VERGUENZA is a real scene, with music and PR Street food, a must-see.
LA FACTORIA Party all night long! Seven rooms with music, and GREAT cocktails. Arrange for an Uber pick up in front or nearby as there are many bars in the area, big young adults area. Is every year in the top 50 bars in the world.

SANTURCE
LA PLACITA for bars nightlife and good restaurants, open late, how the locals party (safe).
CALLE CERRA in Santurce is a hot spot don't miss La Esquina Watusi (the most famous bar in that area).

GROCERY STORES/PHARMACY
Walking distance is PUEBLO Supermarket (open 24 hrs.), and you can expect to find the same items you find in the USA as well as liquor. It's a 10-minute walk, straight out of the building's driveway across the street to the end of the street. Make a right and it's at the end of the street, taking an Uber is a good idea if you are buying a lot.
Across from The Royal Sonesta, to the right of our building,(closer than CVS), there's a small grocery and liquor store, all walking distance from the apt. They also serve a great breakfast.

We've have experienced electricity failures in PR ultimately. The condo has a power generator for the common areas and elevators. We provide a battery lamp in case you need it. For information about the outage, you can visit Luma Energy website, service information, system status, and system update.
