Great location with freezing A/C. View is North toward the city, but you can get a sunset view from the terrace. Comfortable beds and maid service every day, if you want it.

Breathtaking views of the Bay of Banderas, Zona Romantica and the Sierre Madre Mountains - you get it all plus fireworks most evenings lighting up the night sky. This is the place to be pampered with on site exercise facility as well as spa services - have a massage on your own balcony. Maid service is excellent, they work hard be sure to tip! Added bonus is the rooftop skybar with happy hour 360 degree views and super infinity pools. Would we stay again - absolutely. There is some noise from current construction but that comes with all the positive growth that is happening in Puerto Vallarta.

Nice Property ... poor Front Desk customer service

The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. The rooftop pool amazing. Though they don't tell you that you have to wear a plastic bracelet the entire time you are there to use the pool. The front desk staff is pretty much a bunch of cold and unfriendly guys who show an entire lack of interest in helping you. One of the first nights the condo next door thad a loud party that went on late. The rules limit the # of visitors per unit but the front desk turned a blind eye and let 30 plus visitors and a caterer into the rental next door. At midnight we called the front desk and and no one answered. After 10 minutes of calling I had to go downstairs and find the security. After threatening to call the police they shut the party down. I stayed here 10 months before and the front desk folks were amazing. So sad to see the changes for the worse at the front desk. It's an amazing property otherwise.
