This suite offers a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms & a sliding door that leads you to a spacious balcony.

The condo offers you two bedrooms, with a king-size bed, TV area & living room, while delighting with the sunlight. Don't forget to spend time at the terrace w/BBQ grill. Also have washing and drying machines to make your stay really comfortable!

Pinnacle Resorts 220 have a private security 24 hours a day. Our Front desk/Concierge team will be happy to provide you with everything you need, we want to make your stay unforgettable!

This is a great spot and close to everything! Very clean, love the rooftop pools!

Perfect location - clean and very nice accomodations

so close to great places to eat, El Dorado, Coco's Kitchen, etc. this couldn't be a more ideal location for walking to everything. the unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved it

Lots of Rules

The property is beautiful and so are the amenities. However there were lots of rules we were unaware of. We had a large group in more than one unit and ended up in different buildings. The rooms had visiting hours that front desk security enforced unless you had a “pass.” They said you didn’t need a pass to go to pool. But you had to wait until after 1pm if it wasn’t your building. The very first day we were excited to have everyone together from multiple states, and part of our group was forced to get out of the pool. It was very embarrassing and made us feel like we were back in college dorms. You can visit after 1pm but you can’t get in the water unless you buy a $40 day pass. Even though all three buildings are Pinnacle properties. If you have a large group, make sure you all end up in the same building.

Pros and Cons of Pinnacle Residence

Pros and Cons of the property:Pros:*Location is excellent. Great walkability to great food, nightlife, beach is only a couple blocks away. You can be to heart of Malecon boardwalk in 10 mins walk. *Housekeeping was super on it and added a lot to our stay.*Staff very friendly and helpful.*Comfortable beds and lots of pillows to choose from.*Kitchen was fairly well equipped for the basics (could use sharper knives & simple ingredients like salt, pepper, oil)*Nice patio space for relaxingCons:*Pool is pretty cold, at least for January. They have a larger pool and a smaller one which is warmer, but no hot tub. The warmer pool could have been 5-10 degrees warmer to be more comfortable especially when you are trying to enjoy the pool in the evening time and it gets windy up there. My daughter was too cold in the pool and did not want to swim, which was our main reason for booking this property.*Roof top drinks are very expensive.*There were multiple things in our unit that were broken, ie cabinet drawer in main bath would not stay shut unless jammed with a towel, water dispenser on fridge (however they supplied us with bottled water for our stay because it was broken)*Coffee should definitely be provided with the stay, as well as sugar and creamer.Overall we had a very nice family vacation, but for the price and the disappointment with the warmth of the pool we will be staying somewhere different on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Paradise on the roof

This was the best vacation I have been on, the room looked exactly like the pictures, the roof top pool has the best views!!! Cucumber margaritas at the pool bar are fantastic. Staff was all so nice and helpful. Will defanently be coming back again.
