Este condominio de lujo es totalmente nuevo, excepcionalmente espacioso y ofrece las más increíbles vistas del Océano Pacífico, el Malecón y el centro de Vallarta.

Este condominio cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 con camas de matrimonio, y la tercera con una reina. Hay 3 baños completos, incluyendo un cuarto de baño principal con una bañera de chorros, ducha completo, walk-in closet, dos lavabos y hermosos accesorios. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo, así como aire acondicionado en todo el condominio.

La sala de estar, cocina y amplia terraza al aire libre se unen para crear el ambiente perfecto para un rato entretenido y el gasto con amigos y familiares. Tabiques de cristal pueden ser completamente abiertos para revelar magníficas vistas al mar y la suave brisa perfecta. La terraza es enorme, con una sala de estar para disfrutar del desayuno, leer un libro o simplemente levantar los pies y disfrutar de las vistas inspiradoras. Hay una mesa al aire libre para cenar, así como una parrilla al aire libre incorporado.

La cocina gourmet se viste de gala con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, estufa de gas, microondas, máquina de hielo, horno tostador, licuadora, cafetera, vajilla completa, utensilios de cocina y utensilios para satisfacer todas sus necesidades. También está dentro de la unidad, una lavadora de alta calidad y secadora.

En el exterior, darse un chapuzón en la gran piscina de borde infinito, mientras se escucha el sonido de las olas romper. Tomar una siesta en una hamaca colgada entre guapo las palmas en el césped perfectamente cuidados. Tome un paseo a lo largo del río Cuale artística y experimentar el encanto de la gente del lugar.

Este complejo se encuentra frente al mar y situado en la zona romántica de Puerto Vallarta. El Malecón está a pocos pasos de distancia y conduce a muchos deliciosos bares, vida nocturna, espectáculos de calle, esculturas famosas y largos paseos por la playa.

Because the condo is on the 8th floor, it has an enchanting view of the ocean and also of the city with its famous church in the middle. There is fireworks almost every night from the Parrot Chip for your enjoyment that you can view from the large double terrance.

Great location

We loved the location, ocean view, well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds and we always felt safe. As an FYI, there are no immenities in any of the bathrooms except for hand soap.

Perfect location

The condo was very well maintained and equipped, and the property manager was very helpful.Due to the caliber of furnishings, we had to exercise care with the youngest child (3), but that was on us.Would definitely rent again - thanks.

Fabulous condo in perfect location. We swam in the pool and walked the Malecon every day. Each evening we walked to a different but excellent restaurant. We will be back!

The location is perfect to walk on the beach, take a stroll to the best restaurants, markets, Best ice cream. Even a French bakery across the Street from Molino.There is entertainment every Friday at the Park. You have it all from this unique Condo!

This was our third rental in Molina de Agua ! The location is the best for walking the Malecon, markets, galleries and restaurants! Everyone can do their own thing👍 We liked it more than the others because it was quiet and comfortable! Check in was easy and the staff go above and beyond !

Best Condo Complex in PV

Molino de Agua is a perfectly situated, high-end condo complex between the Romantic Zone and the Malecon (Centro). No car required as so much is walkable, and if needed taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. The unit is comfortable, spacious, and with an 8th floor view in a tower close to the ocean, the views are spectacular. Communication with the owner was excellent and she was very accommodating.

We chose this condo because of many things, the views are spectacular from the 8th floor, the pool is the largest in Puerto Vallarta and has many options to seat on the sun or on the shade or in the ocean as well. You can walk to all the restaurants that are walking distance and take a nice walk down the Malelcon (board walk) after dinner!

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

Molina de Agua is the perfect place to stay when visiting Puerto Vallarta. The views of the ocean and city are breathtaking! The condo is spacious and the layout is perfect. Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool is huge and the perfect place to loung in the sun or shade. The pool bar is great to get a tropical drink and some food . We also appreciated the spacious park like setting around the pool that was beautifully landscaped and maintained. The security at the facility also provided privacy and security. We can't wait to come back again!

Best Complex in Romantic Zone

The location can't be beat. Beach across Malecon. Restaurants, bars and shops all within walking distance. Bakery across the street. Grocery store 2 blocks away.The condo is unbelievably spacious. 10 Minute walk to the Mantamar Beach Club and Blue Chairs. Complex is very secure. . Only two units per floor per elevator. Pool is fantastic with a lot of shade at one end and sun at the other.

Lovely Spacious 8th Floor Condo on Beach

Really spacious condo in Zona Romantica with Primary ensuite and secondary ensuite. 3rd bedroom with bathroom adjacent to kitchen. Beautiful pool and grounds. Very private. Only two units on each floor off of elevator. Very secure building. Wonderful views of the Bay of Banderas, centro PVR and the north shore. Perfect location for restaurants, bars and Los Muertos Beach.

We have such a large pool, probably the largest in Puerto Vallarta. You can enjoy the ocean front pool side from the morning and through the day. Of course the lounge chairs on the ocean front are always welcome! so many places to enjoy the outdoors.

The property was fabulous. Sara Dugan was a pleasure to deal with.But I not recommend VRBO.

The unit was beautifully decorated It really was truly magnificent. And in a perfect location in the building. There were an adequate amount of supplies etc. However regarding VRBO, when I had a couple of simple questions after sending in my deposit I called VRBO and they couldn’t even find my reservation, nor could they offer me any information. I was passed from one disinterested agent to the next and ultimately received no information. I spent most of the year wondering if I had even made a reservation. Sandra was a delight to deal with But I will never make a reservation through VRBO again.

Your castle in the thick of things

Molino de Agua has to be the perfect mix in PV. It is directly on the Malecon, overlooking Rio Cuale, on the beach, and also is a fortress of solitude with the bustle of the Romantic Zone and Old town directly out your door. You won’t need a car (a dicey proposition in this locale unless you’re used to it). There are literally hundreds of eateries within a short walk and dozens of the very best rated restaurants within several blocks or the condo complex. And what a complex it is... one of the most relaxing outdoor environs with an expansive infinity pool, outdoor hammocks and grass areas, and a feeling of calm even during the busy Christmas week when we stayed there. The unit was lovely and large and perfect for the 5 of us. The kitchen is fully outfitted though used seldom due to the gastronomic possibilities just beyond the highly security protected walls of the complex. This one is a no brainer.

Spectaular space

The condo was beautiful and well-stocked, with comfortable beds and a view that ran from Punta de Mita through town. The grounds are meticulously kept, and everyone employed there was friendly and helpful. Great massage spot right across the street, the Malecon and food and bebidas (meaning margaritas) just steps away. Can't go wrong.
