Collier Court 4 sits on a beautiful piece of the coastline, where the wild marshes meet the ocean. And even though it is part of a little community of homes (with its own neighborhood pool, which you are free to use in addition to your private pool!), it offers panoramic views of the vast, pristine natural marshland. You can sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning and watch birds wheel by to fish for their breakfast as the sun rises over the Atlantic. It's an experience you will never forget -- and it's just one of the pleasures of this huge family home!

With parking for up to 5 vehicles, Collier Court 4 welcomes your big group even before you open the door. The elevator can transport you from ground level -- where the pleasantly shaded swimming pool, and big patio with grill and outdoor dining are located -- to the living and dining area on the first floor and the bedrooms on the second and third floor. No dragging luggage and groceries up the stairs! At Collier Court 4, you have the conveniences of a hotel in the luxury of a private home.

And such a private home it is! Enter the first floor and find yourself in a vast, open, beautifully appointed great room with a giant sectional sofa, coffee tables, HDTV with cable and a DVD player, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and floor-to-ceiling windows (plus French doors leading to the balcony). There's room for everyone here, and more importantly, plenty of open space for the kids to spread out all that beach paraphernalia that seems to come with every trip. Nobody has to bump elbows or clean up a half-finished Lego vehicle here -- there's enough room for everyone plus their toys and projects!

The kitchen and breakfast bar are directly behind the great room, which means that the littlest travelers can sit up at the breakfast bar, slurping cereal, while the older kids watch TV and one or more grown-ups make pancakes or tosses a few waffles in the toaster. The kitchen at Collier Court 4 is absolutely state of the art, with a Viking stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, and the full complement of flatware, dishes, utensils, and cookware. No emergency trips into town to pick up a colander or a paring knife! This is a family home, stocked to prepare and serve a feast! All you add is groceries. And unlike many kitchens, this one is light and open, with doors out to the balcony to make cocktail-and-appetizer hour even easier!

The formal dining area is adjacent to the great room and kitchen, with a sturdy table ready to seat a crowd and a handsome sideboard. This table makes a great game spot, so prepare for some pitched Uno battles and Cranium marathons! You have free WiFi at Collier Court 4, so if you want to set up laptops and tablets here, you have plenty of room to sit and upload vacation pics, check social media, and even do a little work.

The first floor also includes a half-bath, conveniently sporting an outer door as well as an inner, so the kids don't have to tromp through the house to use it. You will love how convenient this is!

Travel up to the second floor and pick your jaw off the floor after viewing the palatial master suite, which spans the width of Collier Court 4! This immense sanctuary offers a king-sized bed, multiple windows, a desk in a light-filled alcove, a private balcony, HDTV, and even a wet bar with mini-fridge! When you include the en-suite bath with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities, you realize that you could never leave this suite and still have everything you needed for a perfect vacation.

The second floor has two more bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV, balcony access, and an en-suite bath. One contains a queen-sized bed, while the other offers two double beds -- the ideal space for the kids to pile in, create forts and clubhouses, and giggle away the night!

The third floor has an identical layout to the second, right down to the massive master suite with king-sized bed, wet bar, balcony access, and desk. This room has a table and chairs for 4 -- just right for playing cards, journaling, or enjoying a midnight snack by candlelight! The en-suite bath includes a soaking tub as well as a walk-in.

Another bedroom on the third floor contains a handsome king-sized four-poster, while the final bedroom is a queen. Both have en-suite baths, balcony access, flat-screens, and plenty of storage. There simply isn't a "bad" bedroom at Collier Court 4!

You can't help but fall in love with this big blue house on Singleton Beach! Beautiful location; property not maintained.

Arrived to upper master ceiling leaking due to broken ac unit. No ac on top floor for first two days. Hot tub heater clearly hasn’t worked in years. Pool is completely shaded with no heater so too cold to use. Washer didn’t work and had old green water in it. We had 13 people with no way to wash towels until 3rd day. Central vacuum sweeper unit was broken, and no broom or dustpan in house. Two car garage, but one of the overhead doors couldn’t be opened. Rusty nails and debris on garage floor. Service doors to garage broken. Anyone could have gotten in to house through garage. Beach location and views helped us enjoy our stay, but this rental was WAYYY overpriced for condition of the property.

All about the house...not the beach.

The beach itself was very nice and access to it was a breeze. No complaints. However, the house was really not very clean. The place needs a serious deep cleaning and general sprucing up. The amount of sand on floors, front steps, garage was tremendous. And on the main floor where the kitchen, dining and tv area is, the air conditioner unit is so loud that you almost have to yell to be heard. The pool is extremely small and gets very little direct sunlight during morning hours only, so the water is pretty cold and made it unusable. Not worth the cost at all.

Not adequately taken care of property

Wasn't ready for my family when we arrived, and lots of loose ends my wife and I had to take care of the entire stay. Really disappointed. Owner needs to take far better care of this property!

Luxury home, footsteps to beach

The home is totally 1st class. Very high end. The pictures don't do it credit. It's literally 8ft to the sand out your back deck. There is a home in front and the picture of the pool is the next door neighbors. I truly loved my stay but that was in spite of the elevator not working the entire stay, and believe me the four stories are steep. The pool was never cleaned and there were no instructions on normal maintenance. Never knew washer/dryer were on 3rd floor. Some instructions would be logical to include. This falls on the rental company. The worst part was the next door home had its roof ripped off and replaced during my stay. Would have been nice to know how to get my car into the garage. Oh well. Really though I 'm sure this home is awsome to stay with some tweaks.
