Welcome to Hilton Head Island and the fabulous Palmetto Dunes Resort. We are pleased to share our 2 bedroom 2 bath villa with you. It is one of the larger ones in St Andrews with all rooms on the same floor. It is a second floor unit .Enjoy meals and drinks on the wraparound deck of this peaceful, private villa.

The living room is light and airy, with cathedral ceilings and wall to wall windows. Enjoy a movie or favorite television show on the 39' flat screen television, or spend some time reading or playing one of the games provided for your enjoyment. Free, secure high speed WIFI is included with your rental. There is a lovely dining area and an all stainless-steel, well appointed kitchen. You'll find fully stocked cupboards with new dishes and glassware, cookware and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer available for your convenience.

The villa sleeps 5. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 37' flat screen television, and access to the wraparound deck. The master bathroom includes a shower and full sized bathtub. The second bedroom has a twin size and queen size bed, with ample closet and drawer space along with a 32' TV. Next to the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom, with shower and bathtub. The fifth bed is a murphy bed located in an alcove off the kitchen.
The villa is professionally cleaned, inspected and ready upon your arrival. Fresh linens and towels are provided for all of our guests. The unit is smoke-free and pet-free to insure cleanliness and an allergy-free environment.
Rental includes one parking pass. A second pass is available for a fee.
With your guest pass, you will have driving and parking access to enjoy all areas of the Palmetto Dunes resort. Visit the beach, play tennis, pickle ball or golf, explore on bikes or take a leisurely walk. From April 1 - September 30th, take advantage of the free shuttle service .. 'Dunes Buggy' will pick you up at the villa and take you to Shelter Cove or anywhere in the resort, including the beach.

We are taking reservations for 2025 and look forward to sharing our 'Home away from Home' with you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
We would appreciate it if you would hang up wet towels in the bathroom and set the thermostat to 74 degrees for air conditioning & 66 degrees for heat upon departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is a beautiful unit that is very well appointed. The St Andrews Common is private and very quiet. It was a perfect place to recharge. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone

Beach Vacation

The condo is amazing. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The community it is located in is great for people who like to walk and ride bikes. Had a great time here.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. It was everything that was described. The villa was clean and had everything you could possibly need from beach chairs to cooking supplies to an excellent array of cocktail glasses for “happy hour” if you desire. Would definitely book again.

While we have been coming to HHI for 20 years, this was our first time staying in St. Andrews and we’ll be back! The pool is lovely and has shade to cool off in, and sun for tanning. The distance to the beach didn’t bother us because we drive to the beach to haul all the chairs, cooler, etc anyway. The condo was clean and spacious. Jim was quick to answer any questions I had prior to arrival. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The Villa was very nice. It was well kept. The stove, oven , and all appliances worked well. The AC was cold. The only item was there was not an ice maker. Not difficult there was enough storage to buy Ice. The Fridge was small but you had to restock for cold drinks daily.

After visiting Hilton Head for 20+ years, we couldn't resist buying this villa and making St. Andrews Common our home away from home. The climate is wonderful, the lifestyle low-key and the residents friendly and welcoming. Between the golf, beaches, outdoor activities and abundant dining and shopping, we can't think of anything else we could wish for!

Why they chose this property

We have stayed at other resorts on Hilton Head, but find that St. Andrews and Palmetto Dunes have much to offer. Everything is within walking distance -- golf, tennis, beach, restaurants and a general store! The property is well maintained and being a gated community, safety is not a concern. Across the road, at Shelter Cove, there is a marina with restaurants and stores along with seasonal live entertainment and fireworks.

What makes this property unique

The villa is so peaceful! When we saw it, we fell in love with it when we stepped inside the front door. It is cozy, yet light and airy. The views are great and the rooms are so comfortable! Every effort has been made to ensure that the comforts of home are available. Many of the guests of the villa are repeat visitors -- returning for a second, third or fourth time. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and comfort and are very excited to welcome new guests.
